Thin walls
The bedroom wall in my unit (where the headboard of my bed is located) and my next door neighbor (their kitchen and front door entryway) is so poorly insulated I can hear her talking on the phone, getting ice out of her freezer, dishes being put in the sink and cabinet doors being shut. There is no property manager on site which results in leaves and other tree debris not being seen or cleaned up on the sidewalks since they don't walk the property regularly. At these prices there are no amenities like a gym, pool or hot tub. Parking doesn't have signs that's it's for residents only so you get people parking in your reserved spot or in the 5 guest parking spots so they can go into Bown Crossing or the Greenbelt. A tip if you are looking at this property, get a unit that faces the parking lot, you'll get a lot of traffic noise if you face Bown and Parkcenter. The perk of the place, location, only a few units and the finishes in the units.
