Riverview is a quiet neighborhood settled along the Tennessee River in the northwestern part of Chattanooga. Travelling south across Veterans Memorial Bridge will bring you right into the heart of the buzzing Downtown Chattanooga.
Although access to other parts of the city is convenient, Riverview offers its residents great amenities within the neighborhood. Many of Riverview’s features are located off of Hixson Pike, including a highly-rated gourmet bakery, a Southern comfort food restaurant, and a few other eateries serving diverse cuisine. I have lived here for over a year. There have been a few ups and downs but it feels a lot safer here now. The amenities are decent and the location is great. It is nice being so close to downtown Chattanooga. The views are pretty as well
Quiet community that has held up surprisingly well despite its age. Always kind people in the office willing to help out. Had some issues with my door, but it was quickly fixed!
So far awesome! Everything is clean and the community seems very welcoming. I can’t complain at all. The amenities are cool and I can’t wait to get in the pool. I love my new home

Everything is going super well. I really like the apartment and everything works. Our AC just didn’t work right when we moved in so that just a little bit annoying. But other than that everything is going good.

Have a great time I have seen and have had a lot of fun here by meeting people and the lay out of the place there is a lot to do and see around here it is so close to the stores and restaurants to get around here to the stores banks water parks trials I am so close to Chattanooga Red Bank and all the other surrounding places here Hixson Pike one 153 24, 27 75. I mean I’ve had a lot of fun traveling around here and it is so close and so easy to get to everything.

I was told the gym would be opening shortly after I moved in. I’ve now been here for 9 months and it still hasn’t opened. There are some security issues here as well. Other than that I’ve enjoyed living here

I like it here, it is nice and quiet and calm place to rest my head. No bugs and a few minor cosmetic issues but overall a cozy place. Dilapidated Dog Park, No water for the dogs tho, bring your own water. The price is alot and even if you can pay they have high requirements to stay there. I would stay for a long time but High rent and not allowing someone who DOES make enough to stay makes it not as great as I would like.

In less than a month of being here, my car has been vandalized and had a window busted out. Several other residents are experiencing the same this morning. There is inadequate lighting in the parking lots, and no cameras at all. My car was parked facing the leasing office and still got broken into!

I'm still waiting on that Gym we were original supposed to have finished by the end of 2023, it's now the end of 2024. I had a lot more to say, but every time I tried to type it out it would say looks like spam and not allow me to continue and if I took most of it out it would tell me not enough character. Very annoying.

I just got here within a couple weeks so it's early to say for certain...but so far I am so happy with the move. The apartment we have looks in great condition, the building I am in is so quiet even with quite a few dogs in the building. Complex is clean and the leasing staff especially Amber are great. The interior of my buildings isn't perfect but does stay clean from what I've seen.

Rating: 2/5 I lived at this property for three years, and while I’m not typically one to write reviews, I feel it’s necessary to share my experience here. Pros: The location is nice, and aesthetically, I’d give it around 2.5 stars. The area itself is appealing, and the exterior upkeep gives a good first impression. Cons: The amenities advertised don’t live up to expectations. The property lists two pools, but only one has been operational throughout my stay. The gym, which was a big selling point for me, was hardly ever open—maybe once during my entire time here. Maintenance has been another struggle. When you submit a request, there’s no guarantee it will be addressed; some things were handled, while others were ignored entirely. It became especially difficult in my last few months due to a persistent pest issue. Despite notifying management and having the property spray multiple times (plus bringing in my own pest control), the problem was never fully resolved, which made staying there incredibly uncomfortable. Management’s handling of my situation was disappointing. As a tenant who paid rent on time and respected the property, I was hoping for a more understanding approach, especially as I was seeking an early lease termination due to the living conditions. Instead, I felt dismissed and treated with the same lack of care as tenants who had unresolved balances. When I gave notice that I wouldn’t be renewing my lease, all pending requests were ignored, which felt like a slap in the face after being a responsible resident. Final Thoughts: If you’re considering moving here, my advice is to document everything—down to any small issue, like a crack in the floor. The staff does not prioritize your living conditions, and it’s important to protect yourself. That’s my five cents.

Moving into Riverview grand has been great. The staff and the neighbors are friendly and helpful . I got to move into my new place a couple days early because my move in date was on a Holiday. There was a problem with my original unit and they got me moved into a different unit and was very transparent about the issue I really appreciate that.

The apartment itself is pretty nice and the location is gorgeous surrounded by mansions! The apartment has some trim issues under cabinets and sinks but is overall a nice apartment. Small and cozy at a decent price. Not alot of grass areas but has a medium-small sized dog park with a few tunnels etc.

Move in was a nightmare. Apartment was not ready and was informed the day of that the apartment would not be ready for another 2 days. It wasn’t possible for me to rearrange everything so the apartment keys were given to me on the arranged date but I had to book a hotel since the apartment was freshly painted.

So fun when you need to get air conditioning in this heat but it’s broken and it takes almost a month for them to fix it besides giving you ones that go in the windows causing the electricity bill to go up! So great, I shouldn’t of paid rent for last month and this upcoming one but hey they haven’t said anything to reimburse or at least help since I have animals in here also who do not like the heat(: if it’s not fixed by next week you can pay rent for my apartment yourself, since sadly we paid for another year here.

The property is overall ok. A few incidents with maintenance delays. Most neighbors are pleasant and friendly. Some not so much. Would recommend as a temporary housing solution.

The apartments are pretty nice. The hallways are a little dirty and super hot. The rooms are a good size. It’s a cozy place if you decorate just right. Our view is amazing from the balcony. Got lucky with that.

It’s been good so far. Some delays in maintenance but when they came by ,they fixed everything really quickly.The views are great and the parking situation is fine

So far so good. The location and neighborhood is good and so close to downtown. Community is silent and well kept. Staffs are sweet and assist us with all the doubts and so helpful in addressing the issues. Only issue here I would say is the delay in the opening of fitness centre. Hope it opens soon
