My wife and I have been here for nearly 10 years and have found this to be a great place to live. Quiet safe neighborhood, larger than average bedrooms and living space, and has a staff that listens, responds, and seems to genuinely care. Additional Pros - thick walls, little noise from other apartments - new appliances - new windows - cat friendly - affordable - secure locked entries - on site laundry - available staff - generally friendly neighbors - area offers nice sidewalks and bike lanes for walking, running, and more. Minor cons - no in-apartment laundry - some washers/dryers don’t work the best - no great place to safely store bikes - one ac unit works fine for the living room, but you’ll want portable window ac units for the bedroom(s). - the kitchen cabinets and trim in certain areas is outdated, but remains functional. I suspect this will be something they update when/if we move out. Overall, I highly recommend Riverview Apartments -Male age 33

Washer and dryer always broke they use to covid not to do maintaince and they will make up lies so you don't get your security back .

It sucks living here management is terrible at fixing things for example a while ago one of their dryers was out of order for nearly a month . To get male you call them over the phone for maintenance help but won't come to help you unless it's completely nessary they haven't updated apartments in longtime other than outside very flimsy closet doors needs lots of work management is rude specifically the landlord, and they will follow nda way to kick you out for any random reason. And every year you rent they re at see the rent and it says theirs a fitness center but that's just another lie of false advertising.

I've lived here for almost two years now, just moved into a two bedroom from a one bedroom. The management here is wonderful and always does everything they can to help you. They get repairs done quickly. While in my one bedroom, my dishwasher and my fridge were having issues and they came and completely replaced them the day after I told them. So they are fantastic. The apartments themselves are of good size, and everything is kept up very well. They aren't the cheapest apartments, but honestly the attentiveness of the management and the actual apartments make it worth it.
