Riverside Manor Apartments

I love living here. I really don't have no complaints but maintenance I shouldn't have to wait a week plus days to get something fix. Other then that it's been great living here. You close to everything.

Peaceful and wait atmosphere. Spacious and well organised floor plan. It’s just been a week in here and So far so good and hope it gets even better.

Every time I give a rating I wish their was a higher rating rhen five stars. I love living her and raising my family here as well. We are renewing our lease and hope to have the same experience for another year or two

I've lived here for 21 years this July and I've noticed that the kids need a safe place to play. They're in the parking lots where cars are coming in and out fast. Toys are always left in the streets. It's just not safe.

So far it’s okay. I really can’t complain . The neighborhood is nice. I like that theres a lot of activities within the community. I just haven’t had a chance to get out and be a part of anything. But looking forward to getting out and being apart of. So overall it’s nice place to live. It’s outer appearance really caught my eye…

Great place to live. Friendly staff. Super helpful, however sometimes they take a while to respond to emails. Maintenance staff is super kind.

I love the community,Phaimy and her team are awesome. They are very efficient when it comes to getting things done. Phaimy alway has activities for us to participate in if we choose too.

This community is nice and welcoming. My daughter and I have gotten adjusted quite nicely. My apartment had a few hiccups but the maintenance team has been amazing to get them fixed!

Love the space of the units, new managers hard work is starting to pay off as well. You can tell few upgrades are making a difference. Maintenance did a great job getting rid of the snow & cleaning the trash

Still Can Not find a single Complaint. The staff amazing, property kept clean. The community I highly recommend, for anyone looking for a place that they can call home. If I could give a higher rating I would, shoot I'd love to work here myself.

Love this community! And great neighborhood. Office staff is friendly and always there to help. Love the changes that are being made to our community! I’m ready to back in the community gym which opens back up soon

Still amazing stay a wonderful place to live and raise your children. The maintenance staff are always available to make repairs. I highly recommend this property.

Loving every minute of being in the neighborhood! It's so quiet, my neighbor's are friendly and I love that my guests have no problem finding parking!

Neighborhood is quiet for the most part, maintenance gets done in a timely manner, could use some updating but other than that, We like that the location is close to everything.

Love it here, me and my family have no complaints about anything here. The staff all makes sure that we are well taken care of and that all our issues are resolved.

This is a nice community with fun events and great office staff. It’s much appreciated that trash is taken care of and not allowed to stack up (as in other nearby communities). It would be even better if people outside the community didn’t also have access to our compactor (increasing our fees). It would be nice if the children had more designated places to play so they wouldn’t congregate in the parking lots, which is dangerous.

The community thus far is the best housing I've ever had, hands down. Ilene, the assistant property manager is the most receptive and kindess property manager i've ever met in my whole time of renting through my life. The only reason I chose 4, is just because of the maintenance. The gentleman that they have working is fantastic and also super kind, however, I've been told a few times they were coming that day, with no results. But honestly, that's probably just because they're busy so if I can, I'll change this to a 5 star at a later point because they deserve it! Best community EVER!

So far the neighborhood is quite and the ladies in the office were super helpful and nice. Seems like a nice place to live. Neighbors that I've met so far are nice also.

My experience moving in has been difficult. There was a lot of miscommunication about the move in date and also I had to call on several occasions about needing repairs in my unit. The people in the office hardly ever answer your call.

It’s a good place to live; rent is alight, utilities are alright, close to some nice local places to eat and shop and go to church. It’s been a great place to write for me, libraries within driving distance, Walmart close enough to walk to. It’s great for walks in the fall air. I feel safe, the rooms are decently sized, and the walls aren’t terribly thin (as long as you don’t live next to somebody with hound dogs :3). It really is great for walkers; only watch for kids when you drive through. They like to play in the parking lots because there is only one tiny playground for them.

The community is very clean and well kept. I love the way the lease office is very helpful in their communication is excellent. My moving process was very quick and stress-free

This place is a hell hole..nothing for teenagers that live in the neighborhood to do..everyday it's a new post on what residents CANT do. I'm sick of it and the staff in the office

Its a very nice neighborhood to live. Its close to everything like the mall and grocery stores. The rent has gone up a few times and i dont think theses townhomes is worth it.

I have been living here since November 23'. I'm so glad I chose the community to live because this is a kid friendly quiet neighborhood. I love the fact that we love close to everything as well!!

Landscaping is beautiful. Maintenance is great and always available if need. Office staff is helpful. Would love a tennis court on property.

Townhouse in general is spacious. Some appliances and doors could use updating but they all work. Love my assigned parking in front of my townhouse, there is also plenty of parking for visitors as well. Office staff responds to questions/issues quickly. Maintenance always fixes issues within 1-3 days and they keep the neighborhood as clean as they possibly can. There is a trash compactor but this community is so big, it could definitely use a second place to put trash. Neighbors all stay to themselves pretty much, so far I’m enjoying my stay here.

I took off stars because the playground is so dirty. I really needs a power wash. I hear the pool is not clean either. There also was a shooting a week before we moved in.

Love the community and the office staff. Any issues or concerns I have are immediate addressed. We love that the community is very kid friendly we have had no issues.

Well kept complex. I have said this time and time again I am happy living here. They keep the areas clean and they do their best to keep things in order.

From the application process to moving in the home, everything was exceptionally smooth. Staff in leasing office were extremely friendly and helpful and made sure I was notified about every detail needed.

Riverside manor is a great and quiet neighborhood to live in.Its close to all grocery stores the mall ,nail shop and restaurants etc.I love it here.

The location is great, next to Central Park and close to the highway. They are Spacious. The neighborhood is Quiet for the most part. Pretty affordable compared to other places.

The people who work here are helpful and friendly. They commit on making sure tents get work done they need in there home. They also keep us in form of things rules.

I have lived here for 9 years now I have no complaints satisfied with everything a wonderful place to live. Friendly community love that shopping area and events are close by very convenient.

I’ve been here almost a week so far, I love it! The rental manager and her assistant, by far is the best! They made the process smooth and easy and addressed all concerns I had.

I love living here at Riverside Manor townhomes. It's a very quiet neighborhood. You are driving distance to everything like the mall grocery stores ect.

Very helpful people in the office. The maintenance is very good they sure come out when needed. The area is quiet and our neighbor hood is quiet as well.

Overall it’s a good place to live it has its problems but they aren’t terrible, they are townhouses so you do hear a lot of noise from the neighbors.

Not bad I just wish residents would put their trash in the dumpster instead of in front of it. That is really the only thing about living here is dealing with the disgusting trash area

I love it here. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I never have any issues if I need anything done. The property manager is wonderful.

Happy living here at Riverside manor townhomes. The only reason for 4 star at the time vs 5 is waiting for window issue to be fixed almost 3 months now but being patient and have been communicated with so hopefully issue fixed soon

Love the management and staff, they were very helpful when I was having issues. They were there to listen to me without any judgement, and they have provided me with some great resources to help with my issue. Keep up the good work management, all of you are awesome.

I enjoy living here but do have issues with the appliances here, it does take a week or longer to get things fixed so that has been really frustrating, I like my neighbors and it’s pretty peaceful just don’t like the way they run the maintenance team.

Everybody is friendly and love the new addition of the dog park. The maintenance team work efficiently to resolve problems and work around complicated scheduling. I have not have any issues in the 2 years I have lived here

I love living here at Riverside manor. Its been years now, it quite neighborhood and everything is close to you shopping stores,mall. I just dont like since the new company took over alot has change and the rent has gone up.

I like living here it’s quiet and safe and corral well kept community .. homes are spacious .. could be better with little updating but overall I am happy where I live

They are not fast to fix issues and don’t wanna replace things that need to be replaced. I was very happy when I first moved in but now I’m not very impressed.

Always handles any issues I have very quickly. The staff is always friendly. The property manager is very efficient and very helpful every time I need anything.
