It is disgusting about the administration of everything they want to charge you up to those who do not seem to be starving, I had a bad experience with my return from my Depocito I left the department better as they delivered it to me in excellent condition and now it turns out that they want to charge me 120 of 90 carpet cleaning when delivered clean and without stains and that is guaranteed and if you feel more they charge you more and the quality of the apartment is the worst all of poor quality cabinets showers showers sinks

DON'T MOVE HERE!!! The description is a lie. There is no fitness center. The pool is open 10 days at the most on a year. There is a sauna but it has been non functioning for over 3 years. The maintenance crew is a joke if you submit a request for repairs they will come and make the situation worse. A simple reapir will take 3 to five attempts to get it right and that's if they show up at all. The garbage is always over flowing. The laundry room is dirty and half of the equipment is broken. I can go on and on. I won't even get on the property manager Carmen she is something else. I wish I could up load pictures to prove it to you.
The office staff EXCEPT jasmine, are rude and disrespectful. Me and my buddy tried to rent here just to get told we don’t qualify because we were $50 short of income qualifications & once more proof of income was provided we were told we “wouldn’t be able to move further” Carmen is the worst, I pray that not even my worst enemy gets to lease with Rivershore/ having Carmen as their leasing agent.
The office staff must have wrote these reviews because they are NOT friendly. The apartments look good from the outside but are pretty run down in the inside. I agree with the previous reviewer, there is tons of mold they won’t do anything about. I followed their directions and let my apartment “air out” often...still mold. They will send YOU a notice to do something about it. My car was broken into. I also came out to go to work and a tire was missing. Yes, ONE tire. (Separate occasions)They left it propped up. This place is a mess.
I have been here for about six months and the gate hasn’t been fixed so every body dump there trash in the complex and you have to pay for garbage. They don’t want to fix anything and if they do they want you to pay for it. The appliances are out dated and barely work. The outside looks beautiful but the inside is raggedy and for the prices they charge for rent they should upgrade
I would not rent from rivershor. After two weeks of living we were getting sick then we found out it was because of the mold. There way of fixing the problem was just paint over it. There was black mold coming through the exterior walls, both bathrooms, and the kitchen. They did not fix the problem properly and i had to move out. I didnt even stay there for two months. Now im dealing with collections.
Rent is about 1900 for a 2b 2b. If you need maintenance they take like 2 weeks to fix it or say they do but they don't... they have alot of sec. 8 pool is mostly closed 3 or 4 days, laundry room is dirty as well there's kids there smoking and fooling around. There's also alot of breaks in, they have one security guy. Alot of disrespectful kids in this apartments as well " grown ups."

Amazing !! I love going over to my parents house over the summer , they always have the pool so clean & they always have rivershore apartment looking so clean all the time , they really do a good job!
The office workers are always supper friendly an help with any questions I have and if I EVER have any problems the maintenances guys always get it fix really fast, everyone I ever met there is super friendly and the great things about it is close to Bart and close to store to shop at.
Decent apartments, close to public transportation and the freeway, a 5 minute drive to the grocery store. Nice large walk-in closets. Pet-friendly with a pool, play structure and a recreational room.
I Move to Rivershore about 4 months now, I think its a lovely place to call home, We have a 3 bedroom apartment, Its a little out dated but it is pretty nice; The staff are great, the 3 leasing managers are very friendly and they are always happy to help. Pets are welcome which is a mayor plus; We have to cute Chihuahuas and they are super happy in their new home. There's markets and places to buy food all around our apartment, there is a great pool to cool off in the hot summer days. We are very glad we decided to move here.
