Toilet repair Given the pressure assist toilet issues, Rick & the plumber are working diligently to get it repaired. Rick & Jen always keep us informed of the plan ahead

Repair of water leak in shower I would give it a 3, due to the fact there’s still a small drip when I use the shower x3 daily, and the water pressure is noticeably lower than before. As result tanking longer showers and more water usage. Rick and Jen did their part getting the plumber to come in for the repair.

Riverplace apartments are very nice. They are well taken care of, staff are here daily. Has a nice committee room, fitness center, and grill area. Also is close to down town and riverside park. Kitchen appliances do need to be updated.
