Balky thermostat Apartment thermostat was going bonkers. Heat wouldn’t shut off when desired temperature was reach. Rick came to the rescue and resolved the issue ASAP.

Renew leasee arrangement Jen makes the renewal process extremely easy which is much appreciated. Jen and staff are extremely attentive to keeping the property in excellent condition. It is a very comfortable place to live and enjoy!

Repair of water leak in shower I would give it a 3, due to the fact there’s still a small drip when I use the shower x3 daily, and the water pressure is noticeably lower than before. As result tanking longer showers and more water usage. Rick and Jen did their part getting the plumber to come in for the repair.

Riverplace apartments are very nice. They are well taken care of, staff are here daily. Has a nice committee room, fitness center, and grill area. Also is close to down town and riverside park. Kitchen appliances do need to be updated.
