The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Rivermont Apartments
We absolutely loved the amount of space inside the apartment. Very nice apartment. Mrs. Turner was very helpful with everything. The maintenance guy was always very timely in fixing anything and answering any questions we had. If we ever move back to Murfreesboro, we will definitely be coming back to this place. I recommend this place to anyone who needs a place to live in Murfreesboro!
Great place to live very quiet and everyone is very friendly. I do miss Debbie the manager she was excellent and always had a great spirit about her. You can’t ever find people like her.

We are so glad that you have enjoyed your experience here at Rivermont. We take pride in providing great customer service and friendly, professional management to our residents! -Rivermont Management
Stay away. The apt complex manager is a liar and the property owners extorted us. We moved out before the end of the lease and they still wanted another months rent.

Here at Rivermont we value each of our residents and are happy to work with them in accordance with the terms of their lease. As is standard in our industry a 60 day notice is required. We appreciate our many residents that call Rivermont home.
I am a college student, first time living away from home, and, after hearing first time apartment horror stories from my peers, I can say my hopes were not high for finding an amazing place on a student budget. That being said, I could not be happier with this building! Not only is it in a peaceful and friendly neighborhood but it is a mere 5 minute drive to downtown where all of the great food and adventures are to be had. The manager is really sweet and the building is very well maintained. The apartments are a great size, with a nice open living room and kitchen with large windows to let in plenty of light. There are two huge bedrooms with spacious closets and a bathroom with great hot water and pressure. The place is calm, beautiful, and a perfect retreat to call home. Growing up can be scary, and to be honest the first few nights I thought the refrigerator noise was a dinosaur or boogie man, but now I am excited to say that I could not have imagined a better place to live!
