The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at RiverHeath
Love the apartments. Love the location. Love the people. Relocating was easy thanks to the staff. Quick maintenance, great views.
It’s beautiful if you can actually see out your windows with bugs on them. They don’t come to clean them either with the response of “Oh, the joys of living on the river.” Management isn’t great, but beautiful location! Also you’ll be sure to get noise complaints if you’re making a peep at 10pm. ??
I have lived at Riverheath for several years now. I love this community on the river. The staff is attentive and friendly. My apartment is spacious and has everything I need. There is so much to do steps out of my door. There tends to be a handful of neighbors from time to time who can't seem to follow the simple rules of living in a building with others but, management quickly handles these issues. I love living here and invited my friends and family to be my neighbors.
Beautiful location with wildlife and the river. Quartz countertops are lovely. Vinyl floors are nice and built in shelves are wonderful. Cons: -river life means spiders and I mean a lot! -Ants get into my unit and they drove me insane. I don’t even have anything for them. Go away ants! -loud walking from neighbors upstairs “stomp stomp stomp” -communal spaces are always messy people don’t clean up after themselves -“pet free” building but I swear as a person who has allergies to pets, this building houses so many dogs I can’t even keep count anymore. Management says, “service animals are allowed” but 99% of these service pets I’ve seen with their owners do not seem like they are really seriously serving their humans except for being a cute pet companion. Why even say pet free at this point? It irks me. -with the pets come the dog poop! Watch out when walking on the grass. There’s a girl Who owns a huge Doberman next door the RiverHeath and she never picks up her dogs poop. Seriously irresponsible. -management does feel like micromanaging at times. Gives me college dorm vibes. Yeah overall I feel like I’m living on the river with people of all ages and their dogs in a “pet free” college dorm building infested with ants and overly friendly spiders.
The apartments here are beautiful. Overpriced, but beautiful. The operation is definitely NOT luxury. The parking garage has never been cleaned since construction. There are literally piles of dirt and a coating of dirt everywhere, including all over your car that you pay $125/mo. to keep "protected". Your feet drag it into your car and throughout the building. The elevators have moving blankets that never get taken down so you feel like you're living in a warehouse. The landscaping is almost non-existent. Grass is dead or sparse at best.
I have lived here for 6 months, and it was the best decision for me! I was nervous selling my home and downsizing but I've never been happier.I absolutely LOVE it here. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly, and it is so easy to ask for help. Management is friendly and welcoming, and the communication from them is great. From the picturesque walking trails to the conveniences like Tempest Coffee (love it!), Mr. Brew's TapHouse, Salon Elan and more - to the hustle and bustle of people and pets - life is beautiful. I truly recommend RiverHeath as a wonderful place to call home.
My family and I have lived on this property for over a year, but have enjoyed the experience here in the community of Riverheath for over four years such as attending their community events, enjoying the local businesses, river views, & walking trails. The Riverheath staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. If you have any issues they quickly address concerns promptly. The apartments are spacious, open & modern, yet have the feeling of home. The amenities of the apartments go beyond the buildings as you get to experience the river front views, walking trails, Riverheath businesses, and quick access to the local downtown on the Avenue. To expand on the Riverheath businesses you will enjoy being able to walk down for a cup of coffee, enjoy a craft local beer on the patio, yoga on the boardwalk, shopping at the boutiques, and fresh flowers from the flower shop. The biggest winter perk is you do not have to shovel snow! Everything is always plowed, cleared & salted very nicely so you do not have any winter worries. Additionally, the community is very close to Highway 441 for easy access to Interstate 41 for any commute. I would highly recommend these apartments to any friend or family member!
I am coming up on a year living here, and the time has just flown by! From my initial tour, to the neighbors and community I have become apart of, I can’t believe how lucky I am to live in such an amazing space. I live in the newest addition to the property and am amazed by the great view of the riverfront as well the quality and luxury of the finishing within my unit. Each building on the property has its unique character making the space feel like a home. The management staff is responsive and adaptable, keeping tenants updated and engaged with what is going on around the property.
I currently live here and it was an awful decision. Let me count the ways. First, the apartments had a delay in their build and ultimately were thrown up quickly to make a deadline. For what you pay— the interior and all appliances are poor. Cheaply done. Appliances non functional half the time. Maintenance requests are handled by a third party call in service and then conveniently the property managers husband is the “maintenance man”. For what you pay to live here— it feels more like a prison. Constant emails from the office communicating with residents like children. They almost watch everything you do and will email you if they “noticed you threw an unbroken down box in recycling”. I’m telling you— this is next level uncomfortable. There are no true amenities, lobby and common areas never clean.
