Property Ratings at Riverfront Village
The apts are very nice. The maintenence staff is wonderful. The management co and on-site management personnel is not either nice or wonderful. The customer service is almost non existent. We should have known with a 34 pg lease of "don'ts" we were in trouble. Starting with cameras in the trash room spying that you were only using a white, 13 gal trash bag or being fined. We couldn't get mail or pkgs delivered for 3 months, constantly chasing down where they ended up. Because they wouldn't give drivers access to building for deliveries. Hallways and lobbies were not cleaned for weeks. There were 5 moveouts in the 3 months that we knew of. This community is not warm and welcoming. If they don't change their attitude and care about their tenants they will have a hard time filling their buildings. We lost over $2300 in deposit because we moved out early. This is not a happy place to live!
