The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Riverfront Landing
I have lived at Riverfront Landing for over two years. The first year was excellent—staff responsiveness and community standards made living there a pleasure. However, this past year has been very disappointing. It appears management has changed, as rules that were strictly enforced when I signed my lease now seem to be ignored, perhaps due to pressures from newer nearby rental developments. I specifically chose Riverfront Landing because of their clear pet policy and breed restriction list. Until recently, I hadn't encountered any violations. Lately, however, I’ve observed a German Shepherd and a Belgian Malinois—breeds that are explicitly restricted—being allowed to live here. Malinois are not typical apartment pets and are often used as guard dogs; their presence creates safety concerns for many residents. When I raised this issue with management, my concerns were dismissed. Their indifference underscores a decline in community standards that once made this place welcoming. At this point, I do not plan to renew my lease.
I really enjoyed my apartment when I lived here. They’re clean and light and I loved the appliances and having the washer and dryer in unit… However, they’re LOUD. Not just regular “apartment life” loud, but I could hear the people above me having conversations (and other activities) often. When I mentioned it to management I was brushed off and was told “maybe you should look into getting a top floor apartment”. So that put me off renewing my lease. I do miss the apartment from time to time though. I think the rent is way too high for what you get. However it’s a good location and close to many shops and restaurants.
I'm looking for a place to live, and always first read the reviews. Why are there NO reviews? The property looks great, but I'd like to know what the residents think of management and environment prior to my taking the plunge.
