5 STAR TREATMENT I love my apartment. The management is great and the building has a great gym.
Poor maintenance and zero communication After living in this complex for a year and a half, I have placed several work orders for different issues with lack luster results. Most requests that are sent in are marked as complete by the maintenance staff without completing the work or notifying the member. When confronting the leasing office they state that it’s a separate department and aren’t aware of work requests status. The elevators and doors constantly break trapping people in or locking people out. The building is advertised as luxury apartments but, with none of the benefits. This build offers thousands of square feet for retail owners and none have set up shop. The retail spaces have designated parking for their customers but, since there’s no retail the building has responded with charging personnel to use the spaces. Even with decreased street parking for non paying tenants, due to recent construction. The only thing this building has going for it is having nice deep sinks and a nice pet policy.

Best apartments ever We rented a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment, all new and modern. Top of the line appliances with a washer & dryer. Couldnt as for more. All amenities here. Fantastic gym, open areas always something going on. Did I mention dog friendly ! This is going to be a wonderful year here at Riverfront.

You would expect a brand-new building to be energy efficient, NOT SO! When I first moved in, water rates were incorrect. I eventually was refunded for over $500 in overcharges. Electricity costs are triple what friends what friends who live in apartments and houses in the area pay for the same square footage.

Great Staff I just wanted to say thank you to the staff who have made our move in experience so great. The apartments are very nice and mine has a great view of the cascades, mount baker, and Everett. I can even see a bit of the river (apartment is facing north). The apartment building is very quiet. For some reason the hallways are extremely warm. Not sure if that’s a good or bad thing. We have had no issue that the leasing team was not able to solve! We are excited to see this area grow. Thank you!

Worth the Price These new apartments have great am mentioned and a very accessible leasing team. From application through maintenance, the team is quickly responsive and very nice. It helps that the office is open 7 days a week. The interior has new appliances, nice bath and spacious rooms. A rare find of large windows, hardwood, and in unit washer & dryer. Trash shoot/ pick up system and community events. Love our new place, thank you C&W team!

Probably the most decent Apartments in Lees Summit Appreciate the maintenance, quick response from leasing office and the well maintained dog park. All the communications were pretty clear and residents were well informed. The occasional events like paint and sip, puppy plunge etc. were well-organised. Overall, it is a pretty decent community in Lee's Summit.
Wow, this place is nice! I was honestly blown away by the gym, and the rooms were a nice blend of modern and cozy (though admittedly I went for a loft, which is 100% modern without much cozy). The location is nice, though it will be significantly better when the retail level is filled out. For now I'm just happy it isn't overrun by sketchy people.
