The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at RiverEast
I absolutely love RiverEast. The receptionist Kelly was beyond nice to me, gave me a tour and was just overall amazing. It is affordable housing so if you have a little bit of lower credit they should accept you. I love the floor plan and storage and it’s overall an amazing place to live.
Property Manager at RiverEast, Responded To This Review
Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am so glad to hear that your experience was a good one. We pride ourselves on providing top notch customer service, it appears that Kelly did just that. Thank you again for your wonderful review. Kind Regards, Jill Korkki Dominium Regional Manager
First I would like to say, is that you will have kids running unsupervised in the parking lot. and the people love playin loud music all the time. landlords will make up new rules and steal your deposit money and lie to you when you sign your lease and do nothing about it. The walls are paper thin so you will hear everything you neighbor yells or plays in there apt. kids will stare in your homes if your windows are open. I Don't think any one needs that in there life. The rent goes up almost all the time. I've live here for a great while and I will never go back again.
