Dear future resident of Rivercreek, Please let me give you the full tour of what it’s really like to live at Rivercreek Apartments. My husband and I moved here April 2020 this was our first apartment. Everything was good for the first few months until I was in and out the emergency room due to the mold and unkept air unit. So If you have asthma you definitely want to live here. Our apartment flooded twice and the ceiling leaked for about a month, leaving behind water damage. So if you ever have issues chances are maintenance will only take pictures and promise that someone else will come out to fix it. Trying to call or email the office is like waiting for snow to fall in Augusta, you’ll wonder if they’re just ignoring you at this point or if the people up there just don’t care. Good luck. The best part about living here is the piles of dog poop that is literally everywhere even outside your door. So bringing in groceries, going to work, or even taking out the trash is really fun. Hope you love when dogs are allowed off the leash and let roam freely around the apartment complex. Best of luck to you when it comes to parking because there’s hardly any. When there is parking your neighbors will do a great job of welcoming to you the neighborhood by denting and scratching up your car. You’ll never know who did it because there’s no cameras outside. Last but not least let’s talk about water. If you love having water in your apartment every other week or none at all this is definitely the place for you. Rivercreek will provide you with water jugs to cook with, drink with, or possibly bathe with. The only thing this place loves to do is take your money and still manage to never have any water running towards your facility. So I really hope you enjoy your time living at Rivercreek because absolutely everyone that lives here, hates it here !??
The overall stay here was decent. Location is close to everything and I love the area. The apartment is roommate style and doesnt provide room for a family but its great for single oriole with no kids. No staff issues and as long as pest control visits there were no issues with bugs. I did notice some during Covid. I lived in the remodeled unit and its worth it.
I am so happy I chose River Creek as my new home. The ladies in the office are so helpful and friendly! They make everything so easy! The community is wonderful and so welcoming.

Rivercreek is a well maintained, clean and friendly community. The office staff and maintenance staff are responsive and helpful. All personnel are kind and friendly whenever I engage.
I had an issue with my stove and they came the next day fixed it with no questions asked . It is friendly here and I love the atmosphere
Thin walls, can hear everything, wasps and bees is everywhere , pool can never be used, during Covid there was not much of an assistance. No assigned parking .
River Creek is a really nice place to live, however, I like sitting outside and do not have that option here. It is pretty quite for the most part.
So far, my experience at River Creek has been positive overall. I was a little concerned reading some of the reviews online, but since I've lived here, I haven't witnessed as many problems as others claim. I live on the second floor. No problems with that other than hearing someone's dog bark in the building closeby. Features are what you'd expect for price, you'll need to get your own microwave and ice trays. Despite this community being off of a busy roadway and not being gated, I do feel safe even at night so far. I like that there is a pool here. There were some repairs that still needed to be done at move in but they were nothing extremely concerning. If you want somewhere to live that is affordable in a good area, this would be a good option for you. Olivia at leasing office is very kind and helpful.
The staff here are responsive, competent and friendly. It's always a pleasure to interact with everyone.

The office staff were so friendly and helpful every step of the way. Tiffany and Olivia are assets to the company and I appreciate all of their help. With so many improvements and a clean, well-kept property I am happy to live here.
This is my third year living out here and I feel very comfortable within the community and have referred other person's to consider residence here based upon my living experience.
Rivercreek is a nice community with a really good staff that communicates often and effectively. Maintenance has always been prompt when taking care of repairs and emergencies. I've been at Rivercreek for a long time and i'm thankful for all the wonderful people over the years.
River creek staff was a pleasure to work with. Contessa especially was speedy and efficient with getting me info an apartment the same week I walked into the office. I love that you can complete work request online and all the online updates of everything going on at the property. Maintenance as well are a pleasure to work with. They were able to fix any issues I had with the APT the same day I put in a work request. The apartment complex is quiet and well maintained. They have a variety of activities such as movie night, there is a pool on the property as well as a computer lab with free printing in the leasing office. The property is in a GREAT location. There are many restaurants to include Zaxby's, PDQ, Bonefish grill, red lobster, olive garden. There is a Publix, Kroger, and dollar tree all within walking distance to include the restaurants nearby. I couldn't have picked a better location to live.
