I have lived here for 2 years and I enjoy my time here, and it is quiet and the management is very considerate of people and I have never saw any crime here.

I've had nothing but problems with this place. When we first moved in here, we had a huge leak in our bathroom ceiling. They took out part of the ceiling and didn't return for 3 MONTHS. The only reason they came back is because we had to CALL them for them to return. Then they replaced the ceiling piece, but didn't paint it over. Then they didn't do that for another month or two until they saw it on one of their routine maintenance dates. But even after that, there was a time that we literally had water leaking through our air vents. There are bits of residue on the carpet, walls, blinds, and even the CEILING from the last tenants of our apartment. The carpet in my bedroom had an odor that smelled similar to cat urine. Our neighbors slam doors all the time. My upstairs neighbors stomp around constantly and have a dog that barks constantly. The shower water temperature bounces around CONSTANTLY. You can't get a full warm shower unless it's 10 at night AT LEAST. People drive around blasting their subs all the time. My sister had her plates stolen at one point. It reeks of weed frequently. Just recently, I had an interaction with the property manager who started off asking "where I live" before mentioning ANY of her business to me. Then, she got rude with me when I asked "why". You can't just ask where I live without telling me why you need to know, when I don't even know who you are. Turns out she was asking because I had just put stuff in the dumpster and didn't flip the lid back over, since the trash could blow away. Here's the thing, it was already left open and filled up before I put my stuff in. If your priority is making people flip a trash can lid over ANY of the other stuff I mentioned, in my opinion, you are not doing a good job as a property manager. We can barely afford to pay the bills for our apartment, and for the whole experience to be like this, it's not at all worth it. Like I said before, I've had nothing but problems with this place. From my personal experience, I'd say go anywhere but here, and only come here if it's your last option.

Just moved in and these apts are beautiful!!! The ladies in the office are amazing. They are very helpful and maintenance is very nice also. Kellie helped us on Saturday get our lease finished so we could get moved in. She's great!!!

The maintenance is awful!!! They have a total of 3 maintenance staff. One of whicu actually knows what he is doing. The other one literally breaks things and half assess everything else. The 3rd one will put forth the effort but is really best suited for simple things. Expect to wait 4 to 6 weeks for ANYTHING to be fixed even if they broke it. My advice don't have high expectations when moving in. Don't expect to be treated like an actual paying tenant but an inconvenience

I’m in my second lease with Riverbend right now and I love calling it my home. I was a first time renter when I came to Maryanne and Kelly and they made the process fun and made sure I completely understood my lease and all the things that come along with renting. Any time we have needed maintenance they have been quick to respond and always go above and beyond my expectation of what I think will fix the problem. The neighbors are friendly. During the summer the pool is clean and not crowded. In the office they get to know you by name and grow a real relationship with you as a person not just someone who pays the rent once a month. The apartments are beautiful and well kept. Really loving my time here.

Dangerous environment, awful place in short. I've had my license plates stolen to commit crimes, my neighbors were scary with having drug addicts banging on their door at all hours. Ugly interior and exterior. Terrible customer service. Just terrible and scary

riverbend apartments is a great place to live the manager and staff are very nice and are glad to assist and answer any questions you may have and the other tenents seem pretty respectful 4/5 stars becaise the only thing i saw that i didnt was no overhead light in the living room or bedroom just in the hall and bathroom

The management staff is very caring and the customer service is excellent at the Riverbend Apartments, the 24 hour maintance staff is awesome and is always on call to help as needed. The interstate is very assessable making it a prime location for travel. The park is wonderful with a great swimming pool for the children.

i just moved into a one bedroom at riverbend and I love it. the management team was very helpful when I filled out the application and i heard back very quickly and was approved quickly. When i moved it I was very happy that for a one bedroom it was very spacious and i love having a balcony to go onto. everyone is very friendly and its quiet.

We are in the process of moving in but so far we have experienced wonderful hospitality. The office staff and property manager have been so friendly and accomodating. They are friendly and upbeat. The maintenance staff is super friendly. The apartment is everything we need. Big spacious living room and bedroom. Nice deck off of living room. Great storage in the apartment. I think we will be happy to live at Riverbend.

I have recently moved to Riverbend and I have no problems with the staff or maintenance here on the grounds. I was treated good when I applied and filled out my paper work. Every time I need something fixed the maintenance men come and fix my apartment. They are very friendly here and answer all of your questions that you have to ask when moving in. They have a play ground and a swimming pool for the family here to enjoy! Mary Anne and Kelly are very cheerful and friendly! I have really enjoyed living here

Awesome management team that is quick to help with any issues that arise. Maintenance man thats always on site and quick to deal with any problems you may have. The super affordable rent makes it hands down the biggest bang for your buck

I am very pleased about my decision to move here. Affordable rates private laundryand a pool. Management is amazing.

I'm in my second lease at this place...I completely regret resigning. The police are here daily. Theft is a huge problem...they even climbed my balcony. Last week the cars in the back were shot up. It's a long struggle of phone calls of begging that could take weeks to get maintenance to come fix anything....but who needs to shower right? It's in your best interest to spend the extra $20 a month and live else where. Disappointing because the location has interstate access and is close to the bike trails

These apartments are easily accessible to interstate on and off. The maintenance however ever is far from perfect. Expect long delays in repairs and office hours are hit and miss. Parking is available but not always convenient. Ernest Brooks

very good service maintance is great whenever we have an issue they come right away! Apartments are very nice and clean and the price is very affordable. Good place to live in a decent area.

the rent is reasonable, get things fixed in a timely manner . great staff and willing to help you out. keeps improving the property, new parking lot, landscaping, new outside doors.
