The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at RiVera Townes
It has gone from Rangewater to Progress to BH conglomerate for property management. Extra fees are piled on without checking and it takes months to get resolved. The leasing and maintenance play musical chairs and are in whatever unit is empty.
This community was so lovely when the former management team was present. The owners outsourced property management to a remote company, and since then the quality of the community has gone down significantly. Had we know this property management group would be taking over, we would have leased elsewhere. Cons: - There’s an infestation of millipedes— particularly inside the homes (crawling on the walls and on the floors). We kill at least 7 millipedes per day. It’s disgusting and unsanitary. - Proactive pest management is nonexistent under this new management now. They also did not know how to resolve the millipede issue. - The landscaping and lawn maintenance is inconsistent and poor in service. The community looks unkempt now and weeds are growing everywhere. - dog waste is all over the sidewalks and roads. Wish there was more regulation on this. - work orders are now electronic but they go without responses and are often deleted altogether. - Property management is not on-site (actually not even in the state) and it’s difficult to get in touch with them when you need them. Communication is rare and impersonal. Pros: - the neighborhood is very quiet, despite being filled with professionals, families, and folks with dogs. - the community is close to many shopping outlets and food sources. Though the pros are compelling, we’ve come to realize that this complex is so not worth the price. This community had such promise, and it’s a pity to see how quickly something lovely can turn unsightly and unpleasant. There are other options around here. This city is growing fast, so explore other options— there are many. A lesson to the owner, not everything should be automated—-especially at the expense of quality, safety, and comfort. You should have kept the previous property management group. We will certainly not be renewing a lease under this new owner and property management group.
Been here for almost 2 years, now that management has changed to Progress Residential. Maintenance takes weeks, dog poop is everywhere, and hard to contact management. Was great, but room for improvement.
We went from renting a home with our 3 children, to moving to these town homes in April! We love it so far, and the maintenance staff is great! The office and employees are understanding and sweet! A PLUS was that, unlike an apartment, the walls built here are strong enough to not hear your neighbors! For a family with children, this has been the best!
I love love love this new development. The front office staff (Elizabeth and Josie) has been amazing to work with from the beginning. Brandon (maintenance) has been a pleasure to work with as well, and get the job completed quickly. Moving during the holidays was extremely stressful for my boyfriend and I, but the entire staff at RiVera made it worth every moment. People people check them out, its great for a starter home for you and/or your family.
