River Rock Apartments

Management has changed hands too often in the past 6 months alone. This has led to month-long delays in work orders, frequent resident portal changes, and unreliable office staffing/availability/communication. New management appears more amenable to changes intended to benefit residents but staffing is still unreliable and change has been slow. Overall, the location is its only redeemable quality. Generators around complex are loud and disruptive, there is poor sound-proofing, security within complex is poor, cleaning of hallways and front entrance is not regular, trash bins live inside the building and will often times smell terribly throughout. Since new management, delivery people appear to have a harder time getting packages to residents. The only pet amenity is the dog park which was advertised, closed for months, and then re-opened after months of residents pleading with management. Even then, their attention to this space is nonexistent, as it still is with other amenities.

I have been living here for almost 6 months , before moving I was skeptical a bit but once I moved I found I did the right thing . I live here in a river view apartment with a open terrace , which is rare in Mishawaka . Central Park , Beutter park & St Joseph River are in front of my eyes all day long . I enjoy this scenic view to the fullest . My apartment is large enough for 2 of us , secured with modern fittings. River Rock has a beautiful courtyard as well ! My neighbors are decent enough , these buildings are clean , smelled good with great trash disposal facility & one thing I will mention that our property management, they are warm enough ! Since they taken over this property they have been helpful in every possible way ! Only one thing now I need if we have one coffee bar or to go food shop that would have been great !

I love my apartment, management not so great. NEVER physically in the office.

The floor plan maximizes space. New management is helpful and approachable. Apartments are pet friendly.
