Good place to stay Good places there I’ve been here for about two years just re-sign for another year. It’s really quiet neighborhoods very nice. It’s very local next to a lot of restaurants. Grocery stores malls to do. The parking lot was a little bit bigger. Other than that I have no complaints.

Air conditioner Will Was great. As soon as we had put in the request, he came in and replaced our air conditioner and we were back to cooler air in the apartment. He was respectful and did a great job.

River Pointe Apartments is a very nice building for it's price range with many great amenities. My boyfriend, cat, and I are able to live simply in a one bedroom apartment on one full time retail job apiece. We originally moved in because of rave reviews from a couple of friends that have lived there for years and we did not regret it. The whole place really feels like a scaled down version of a neighborhood. Perfect for anyone who wants a bit of backyard with their apartment. There is both and indoor and outdoor pool, although the indoor pool is usually pretty cold. Both the pools and playground are well maintained and noise is very well managed, middle of a summer Saturday and I could take a nap with my windows wide open. There is also an open picnic like area by each building where residents may barbecue, eat, and play with paths running between the buildings. The office building houses not only the indoor pool but a small gym and a conference room that can be booked. The staff are friendly and helpful; the apartment's website is very convenient for submitting non-emergency maintenance requests and paying rent. Water, heat, and trash are rolled into one utility bill also payable online. The apartment itself has an AC, fridge, garbage disposal and even a dishwasher. Most units have a balcony or porch and a massive amount of bedroom and hall storage. Finding room for everything in the kitchen was a bit hard, but the top of the cabinets was nice for storing less used things. My favorite thing has to be the walls though. Most apartment buildings use a flat white color on a flat white wall but my walls are slightly cream with aN almost stucco texture. It really helps make this feel like home.
I have lived at River Pointe Apartments for 8 years and just renewed for another year, we love it here that much. The complex is going thru upgrades at the moment, redoing the playground and the decks on our building. The office staff and maintenance are wonderful, and take care of any issues promptly and efficiently. I would recommend these apartments if your looking for a quiet, safe place to stay in the Fridley area. The outdoor and indoor pool are amazing and the huge exercise room is heaven.
The apartment we are in is an OK apartment but it gets really hot in here and we have to constantly turn the ac on and off as to keep our bill low. We have a 7 month old child and have to have 2 fans in her room and one fan outside to blow in cooler air in her room. We have had multiple nights where I slept on the couch and she slept in our room with her mother. The office people here are awesome though and so are the maintance people and our building is quiet and no crime that we know of. We like the area but definitely hate our apartment due to it always being so warm. We plan on moving to a different apartment once our lease is up for a better place for our daughter
Great location. Easy shopping 3 miles away but everything you need in a quarter mile circle.
So far I love it. I have a toddler and I like how you can barely hear noises coming from other apartments. I'm comfortable and you get your moneys worth here.
