Property Ratings at River Pointe Apartments
If you're looking for more freedom from all the rules and regulations on campus DON'T move here. The walls are so thin and I've had trouble maintaining consistent hot water. They refuse to turn the pressure up on the water heater. So in return I suffer from luke warm showers.
I enjoy living at Riverpointe. I’ve lived here for 2 years now, and haven’t had any problems. The staff and management are very helpful and understanding. I haven’t lived anywhere else because they are affordable, but also a great place to live. It’s spacious, has WiFi, smart TVs ?, and more! There’s always events and activities for the residents. AND FREE FOOD ?
I love Riverpointe. I have lived here since my sophomore year and I am an upcoming senior. The office is really helpful, welcoming, and ready to solve an issues at hand. They make sure you are taken care of. Maintenance is super fast. They are the only complex around campus where the cost matches the quality. Clean, spacious, and home-feeling. I would recommend to anyone looking for off-campus housing.
River Pointe is one of the most affordable communities to live in in Carrollton with so much to offer. The office holds events for the residents in the leasing office at LEAST once a week. If I ever have an issue RP is on top of it. They are not strict like some other complexes. I also feel safe in this community because there's a cop that patrols the area late at night to make sure everything is good. overall everyone is friendly and the facilities are kept up with pretty well.
Riverpointe apartments get the job done. It's a roof over your head and essentially everything you need in an apartment but overall it just needs something to make it stand out a little more to be paying the same or more than some other places nearby.
