My move in experience was easy. The office staff has answered my questions and are friendly. It has been quiet and my neighbors are respectful of rules. The views are beautiful and walkways are everywhere.

As a visitor to River Oaks Landing Apartments, I was impressed by the modern amenities and spacious floor plans. The location is convenient, with easy access to the highway/Raleigh. The community atmosphere felt warm and homey.. The staff, Amber and Marie, were so inviting. Overall, I think it’s a great place to consider for anyone looking for a comfortable living experience in cozy Garner, NC!!

This community is AMAZING! From the application process to move in I had no issues and constant communication with the leasing agent Jenny. The layout and the massive master in my 1 bedroom was my selling point. The amenities here are gorgeous, and valet trash is a perk. The convenience to shopping and 40 as well as 70 makes this place top tier! I would recommend River Oaks Landing to anyone that’s looking for a luxury apartment in the garner area!

We relocated to NC and we really liked that they offered a three-month rental as that was enough time for us to close on a house. The grounds are clean, maintained, apartments are new and spacious and generous parking in each lot. Pool, weightroom etc. are great amenities and they never appear crowded. Great space for any age, and pet friendly. The cons are minor, but maybe add door sweeps to help reduce hallway noise and despite monthly pest control spraying we still see millipedes on a daily basis (we are on the ground floor). I don't mind the millipedes, as long I don't see roaches, which so far we haven't. We have been here one of the three months so far, and we are enjoying our stay!
