Property Ratings at River Oaks Apartments
German roaches everywhere, deep infestation. Absolutely disgusting, had someone come by and spray monthly, did not help. Place needs to be tented. Neighbors are fine, but always partying outside.
At first I didn’t like it and wanted to move out as soon as possible. Big reasons were or MAIN reason i should say is the littering. How folks can litter and dirty the complex where they live/sleep is beyond me. But management/maintenance people do a good job cleaning and picking up everything that they can in the morning. Just wish they can enforce a policy on that matter. Apartments aren’t bad, small but not bad. Laundry machines are another big issue. Was conned out of my money because of machines not working properly.
I’ve been living here for almost 8 months.. very roach infested no matter how many times you bomb it or ppl come spray it they still come back. Also it’s the mold I hate!!
Im just about to check the apartment , while im passing with the car by 2 pm - tuesday, i see a couple making out in the parking inside of a car. Theres no respect for the others in this place. First impression is always what stays.
This is a horrible place to live, I feel like I'm bunch like sardines because my apartment is so tiny and small. Not only my apartment is small, but they did a horrible building it, almost everything is falling apart especially our ceiling in the bathroom. Also, I hate the way these apartments look, they look like they have been built in the 70's, they are so hideous! To be frank, I can not wait to move out! The only reason why we are still living here is because my mother is disable and I'm currently unemployed and this is what we can afford as a right now.
Do not live here if you can avoid it. Very nasty. Roaches everywhere. I cleaned every day and I still had roaches crawling all over my dishes. Was ashamed to bring guests over. Horrible! Loud, disrespectful neighbors.
