River House is a fantastic place to live! Located right on the River, so you have an amazing view everyday of the water and Downtown Jacksonville. The building's community is very friendly and it's great that the building is pet friendly. Overall, River House is the perfect place to live!
This is the best apartment complex in Jacksonville to live! Located right on the River across from the Jaguars Stadium and Baystreet. The facility is nice, the staff is amazing, and we are right in San Marco with plenty of things to do. There have been upgrades happening that continually improve the aesthetics as well.

The management and maintenance teams are terrific. Community events are numerous and interesting. The amenities here are plentiful and worthwhile. The management staff is friendly and responsive to the needs of the community. They even schedule food trucks to visit and serve the community on a regular basis. The maintenance staff is very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Always friendly, the guys take very good care of the property. The recent improvements and renovations to the property are found in the outstanding results.

The yoga room TV is operational, and the coffee machine is brand new, offering freshly roasted beans from Florida. Our resident portal is functioning correctly, but if you're experiencing issues, please call the office so we can assist with troubleshooting. The elevators are cleaned daily, and if any issues arise, please let us know so we can address them promptly. We also want to ensure your fridge has been fixed, so please confirm with us if it's still not working. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to improving your experience at River House.
I am sorry but I would not recommend this complex to anybody due to the noise.

If you are 55 or over, and you are looking for a quiet, calm, peaceful place to live where you do not have to be concerned about security and the many matters that come from owning your own home, an apartment over-looking the St. Johns River, where there is always a breeze, is the place for you to consider. Even though there are quite a few younger folks, some with families and pets, I have not experienced any significant annoyances regarding loud parties, screaming, yelling, or even excessive dog-barking, here at Broadstone River House.
I’ve been a resident of River House for six months, and I am very happy with my overall experience here. The leasing team of Kim, Heather and Cameron manage a well-run operation. They are always professional, personable, and helpful. Mike and the rest of the maintenance team have been responsive and thorough with the minor issues that crop up. River House security is good, the amenities are nice, and the views are spectacular! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend River House to others.
I love living here at Broadstone River House. The amenities are amazing. The views are breathtaking. The office staff is wonderfully accomodating.
Before deciding to live at BRH, I looked at several other possibilities that were with-in walking-distance of the St. Johns River. However, all the possibilities paled in comparison to BRH, the instant I was guided through the amenity areas which are so pleasantly arranged and artistically appealing .Of course, then the views of the river and access to the Riverwalk, were added attractions. When looking at potential BRH apartments, I was also immediately attracted to the layout of the rooms and the views from the riverside locations. I have not regretted, even once, my move to BRH.
I have lived at River House for three months and I am very pleased with the decision. Kim, Heather and the entire staff were very helpful during the move-in process, and living here gets better every day. The entire River House complex is very nice. The fitness center, community room, courtyard, and the river views are exceptional! I appreciate the secure access to the building, and the valet trash removal is quite a convenience. The entire River House staff has been welcoming, professional, and responsive. I won’t hesitate to recommend River House to family and friends!

The community is beautiful..well maintained. I love the sound of the fountain outside my window. The community feels very safe which was important to me when I was looking to rent. And the office staff is approachable and so helpful. I am very happy with my decision to live at Broadstone.

Truly one of the best community I’ve had the pleasure of calling home. I can easily see myself spending the next three years here. It’s clean, my neighbors are either very quiet or my apartment is well insulated. Not to mention the view is gorgeous. Shout out to the leasing team though. They really went above and beyond to make my move as smooth as possible.
I recently moved to River House and I am thrilled with my new apartment. Kim has been very welcoming and leads an equally professional team. Jamie and Heather have helped me sort the myriad details of the lease, insurance, utilities, etc. And I’m sure new staffer Cameron will be a welcomed addition. They have all been extremely helpful and warm. The apartment is beautiful. It’s well designed with plenty of storage space, a good size balcony and spectacular views of the St. John’s River. I would definitely recommend River House, an impressive complex on the South Bank. - Bob K.

Broadstone River House is a great place to live if location, security and amenities are important to you. Being right downtown and having the opportunity to swim right by the river (in our community pool of course) makes our day especially when having guests over. It has been a great starter home for my partner and I.
This is a very pleasant and welcoming place to live. It is very dog friendly and the office staff is great. Looking forward to many more years here.
I love the water view and the outside areas. Love the private balcony because not all apartments offer that, very relaxing and peaceful

Broadstone definitely has a community vibe and is overall a great place to be in regards to environment and location. Additionally, the weekly food trucks are a plus.

Broadstone River House is an amazing place to live! The buildings are very well maintained, the amenities are lovely, and the staff is professional, friendly, and efficient. In addition, the location on the River Walk provides fabulous views of the river and downtown. Security is excellent, and parking in the parking ramp is very convenient.
I absolutely love it here, the lease singing and move-in process was very smooth, the amenities are all new and makes living here very enjoyable, as far as the view and community here it's unbeatable.
