Over the past 28 months, an average of six vehicles in the Riverhouse parking lot have had multiple windows shattered each week, with personal belongings stolen. This issue has persisted for over two years, yet management refuses to implement any meaningful security measures, explicitly stating they will never install security cameras. As of this morning (February 10), I personally counted 13 cars with broken windows. If security, peace of mind, and avoiding frequent window replacements are priorities for you, Riverhouse is not be the best choice. Given the high rental prices, living here all but guarantees at least $500 in car repairs within your first few months. Comparable properties offer not only similar pricing but also a greater commitment to resident safety and well-being. Unfortunately, Riverhouse appears more focused on maximizing profit than addressing ongoing security concerns. For those questioning the accuracy of this review, I strongly encourage speaking with current residents. Feedback from tenants paints a much clearer picture than the dismissive responses typically provided by the front desk.

Maintenance and the gym are good. The car break ins are outrageous and the complex does nothing to prevent it. I’ve seen mornings where 5+ cars are broken into on multiple occasions within one lease cycle. If you live here expect yours to be broken into multiple times.

Pros: One star for the staff. They are helpful, attentive for the most part, and maintenance staff is 10/10. One star for the pool, which is well maintained and highly utilized. Cons: THEFT. There have been multiple car break in's, tire and catalytic converter thefts throughout the year we've lived here. My boyfriends tires/rims were stolen off his car in the parking lot! The staff unfortunately did nothing to prevent this from happening in the future..

The complex is incredibly over priced for how poor the quality is. You hear every noise all of time. Good luck sleeping in or going to bed when you want depending on your neighbors around you. The weekends make this place a frat house. There is trash everywhere and recently a rat problem. The management doesn't help you after you sign your lease and will ignore emails. They are unprofessional and terrible at customer service. Worst apartment I have ever lived in.

I moved into River House Apartments in May of 2020 and so far, I couldn’t imagine living in a better community. I’m originally from out-of-state and feel very glad that I chose to live here. I have lived in apartments for the past 4 years, so I know what it takes to live in a nice place. Everything is pretty much brand new here, they have a really nice clubhouse, offer free Starbucks coffee daily, have the best pool around, and by far, have incredible customer service. The staff that works here is also incredible. The manager, Alexandra, always goes above and beyond to help residents out; you could tell she really cares for the community members - unlike other apartment complexes I know about. The staff that works on the front counter are also really great, always happy to help and attentive. Bottom line (in my opinion): move here, and you won’t regret it!
