The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at River House Apartments
I have lived here since it opened and i haven't enjoyed living anywhere else as much as i do here. The apartments are beautiful and modern, the staff is friendly and always trying to go the extra mile, and the repairs are always quick and done well. The amenities are better than anywhere else too, the gym is better than most YMCA's and the pool/ lounge/ grill area is a nice get away right out your front door. There are kayak rentals, and plenty of shops coming in; Druthers is very convenient. Neighbors are quiet and friendly, and the staff put on many apt. get together's in the common area so you can make friends. Parking is a dream since it is temperature controlled and covered, and the storage is a plus since it is cheap. This place is a great spot to live and you will not be disappointed, probably the best place in the area to live.
