Property Ratings at River Falls Apartments
I have lived here for 6 months. Every time I have a maintenance call they answer quickly and make sure the problem is fixed. It is always clean, especially in the common spaces. There is zumba classes weekly (tho I dont participate) so the complex has a good community. You cannot hear other neighbors from inside your apartment because the walls are cinderblock. It is very quiet, I have no complaints.
Answering service is awful. And if you pay for parking, don't expect anyone's car to be towed for parking there. Basically just don't pay for parking because these apartments don't take it seriously anyways.

The office staff is so kind and the premises are kept clean! I've never seen a bug or spider in my apartment. I always feel SAFE here. Everyone is always friendly too.
Very reasonable rules, extremely affordable, kind and personable staff. The bedt apartment in the six years I've been a renter!
