Great place to stay Had a good experience living in the place, the only two downsides are the forced air conditioning, and and drinkable water from kitchen sink. Had to buy purified water in gallon.

1 year stay I am a doctor and worked at Rush university medical center for my fellowship for a year contract. I had an excellent time here. I lived close to everything, close to the hospital and the customer service was incredible. One day there was rising water quickly in my sink on a Saturday and they were there within 30 minutes. They also replaced my dryer and microwave within a day. This is a great place to live and they care about their tenants. I have no complaints

Maintenance is always a 5! The maintenance team at River City is one of the best I have ever seen. I have worked in Property Management so I’m a bit judgy. For the record, yes the maintenance team is one of the primary reasons I will be renewing my lease.

Maintenance I thought I had an issue with my A/C, I put in a service request. Maintenance responded in five minutes and solved my issue. Very professional. He came back 15 minutes later to make sure I was ok (it was over 90 degrees outside).

Move In Move in went super smoothly. The welcome email had everything we needed to be ready. Got in late and keys were left for us. Service elevator was there just as we reserved in the morning and with movers we were in in no time. Staff so far has been great. Only hiccup was on Xfinity’s end, the internet wasn't working but they had a tech here the very next morning who fixed it.

Very Fast I entered a ticket for a plumbing issue the day before going away for a one day trip. While I was away the issue was resolved promptly and correctly. Thanks to the maintenance staff.

Our only “complaint” was that the staff did not clearly describe where our moving truck was supposed to park. They did not clarify that the “loading dock” is not a loading dock at all, and one of the employees got frustrated at the movers for going to the commercial loading dock. Just telling us it’s “around the corner” was not sufficient and I recommend putting up signage or having a staff go with the movers to show them exactly where to park and unload

I'm with you again I have lived in these apartments for two and a half years and this year I extended the lease for another year. I especially love it here, and I must say it has been a great experience. The apartments are equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, and I would particularly highlight the presence of a washing machine and a dryer. The location of the building is also ideal, offering both convenience and tranquility. It takes just about 10 minutes to walk to any metro station or the southern loop, so it’s very easy to get anywhere in the city without any hassle. I would also like to mention the amazing terrace on the fifth floor, which has everything you need to relax after work: a well-maintained garden, sofas, fireplace seating areas, benches, grills, tables, chairs, and a toilet, making it a very comfortable place to unwind. Additionally, on the 15th floor, there is a rooftop deck with a viewing platform, which also offers all the necessary amenities. River City also has fitness centers. From the moment I arrived, the staff quickly responded to all requests, from simple tasks like changing a lightbulb to more complex issues. They were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. They maintain cleanliness in all common areas. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for comfortable, hassle-free living with excellent customer service. I would like to give a special thanks to Conrad Fultz, the Resident Manager of River City Apartments, who keeps everything in order with document preparation, is very friendly, knows the residents, and cares about them. He is always ready to help. Thanks also to Tania Reyes for her responsiveness and assistance with the lease agreement, and to the kind Graciela Ramirez. I was very nervous because I don’t speak English, but despite that, with the help of the managers, everything worked out. I’m happy to be a part of the River City community.

The River City condo building has owner and renter units throughout the building. The location is convenient, which is really where it shines. My unit is a bit outdated but in good shape. The view of the river is nice and the facilities work. The price is good for what you get, particularly in a part of the city that is very expensive.

River City Condos is an iconic building located on the Chicago River. Its the perfect location for young professionals working in the Loop. Although you're living downtown, the areas is very quiet other than the occasional noise from the boat tours and boat partiers. The security staff is amazing! They are very professional and extremely nice and helpful to all of the residents. The building has a beautiful rooftop patio, the only downside is that it is often crowded with families having barbecues and other gatherings. The building also has a market in the basement that is perfect for last minute purchases. The only thing that would make the building better is if the gym, formerly in the basement, was still open and free to the residents.
