We have lived here for almost a year and we love it! We feel very safe here and everyone is so kind and welcoming! The lovely office ladies host many opportunities to come together and win some prizes! And the maintenance crew is very efficient! 10/10 great place to live!

River Bluff apartments is more than what I was looking for in my search for apartments. The front office personnel were respectful, easy to talk to and quick in responding back to my questions either via email or phone or in person. The neighborhood is quiet and most of the residents I encountered were friendly. I am happy to have found a place to call home in Mankato!
I lived here for a year and was honestly sad when I moved out. River Bluff has very friendly staff and they are always in communication with you through monthly newsletters and other postings. Many of the units have been remodeled and I saw evidence of others being remodeled as I lived there. I had one of these units and it was very nice. It looked like nearly brand new appliances (including a dishwasher!), new flooring and cabinets. I had a two bedroom and it was plenty spacious. Each unit has it's own central air conditioning, and it worked great. They would often have community events and contests with prizes. They did a great job of making it feel like a community. And the rent is very reasonable, with heat, water, garbage all included. You only pay electricity and internet/phone if you want it. I would highly recommend River Bluff to anyone.

River Bluff Apartments always were kind and put their tenants above themselves and would go out of there way to make sure everything was good in your home. They have such amazing and kind staff, by keeping the hallways clean, responding in a timely manner, and if there was an issue they would fix it ASAP. River Bluff Apartments is a wonderful community. I loved calling it home this past year. The property management here is very helpful and fast to respond to anything you need. They truly make the residents feels at home. There have been updates to the building and with each update it looks better and better. The view of downtown Mankato from the building is amazing. I am going to miss living here and the great atmosphere of the building.

I've lived at River Bluff for 5 years and though I am moving on I believe in my heart it's a great place to live. The management are there for their tenants and they have been doing a lot of updating and remodeling. The place looks great.
Been here since November December of last year. Since moved in they've been tryi g to update the building since it's old hospital as n d needing fixing but we hats concerning g us all and wish hey could get it up and running g abd fixed t he most here is ty he pool outside. They neef er d to get a quot and sinc ed it's been so hot it would h as ve been used alot each day by us all and wer ed upset and moving and some suffering g in apt du ed to their air ducts in building g needed updated and fixed yet to
