Excellent location near MAX train Western States University PDX airport easy access to Highway PDX and walk trails of Glendoveer Golf. $50 fee for anyone over 18 years of age. Needed $50 per each adult person application fee,(no personal checks) picture State issued IDs, and completed applications, signed all pages, income info. INCOME CRITERIA Monthly income must be 2.5 times the monthly stated rent. Applicants failing to qualify under this section may, at Owner/Agent’s discretion, be required to pay an additional security deposit in the amount of half a month’s rent. • The screening process takes approximately 3-5 business days, application screened by third party background company. • Security Deposit amount is based upon your credit history and past rental references. The City of Portland requires a notice to applicants of the Portland Housing Bureau’s Statement of Applicant Rights.
