So far my experience has been pretty good, the furniture is good and the events downstairs are very helpful and fun to partake in. My only complaint is the noise disturbance from others in different apartments

Not a great location, but maintenance is decent, walls are thin, and rent feels too high for the quality. Wouldn’t recommend unless necessary.

love all the amenities like the study lounges, gym, and outdoor patio area! maintenance always fixes issues very quickly and are very helpful

The apartments are nice, theres a few problems but overall the facilities and events are great. Apartments are quieter this year. Leases are pricey though

My resident experience at rittenhouse has been great. I love living here and the amenities they have are great. I enjoy going to the gym and the walking distance from campus is great.

It is amazing here. Kind people and great hospitality. Anytime we’ve had any maintenance issues such as a lightbulb going out it has been fixed within hours of a request being sent. There are also plenty of fun opportunities to win prizes from the leasing office.

It’s been super great! The only thing I would say I wish was different was having so many keys is kind of annoying I wish there was like a keypad situation or a swipe in thing.

Rittenhouse is one of the best living options off of campus. In addition to the large living spaces that are already furnished, they are super accommodating with parking which is hard to find around here. The amenities make it all worth it as well.

My roommates and I love living at rhittenhouse. The maintenance guys are so helpful and friendly it’s nice to see them walking around. I feel safe living here and rhittenhouse gives so many nice events to the student here. we live in the townhouses and it’s great. We also love the patio. I do think the gym can be upgraded but other than that it is great

I am new to living at rittenhouse and love it so far! My best friends have lived in the townhouses for the past 2 years and it honeslty is the nicest thing. Maintenance comes whenever they need, they are so nice!, and everything is maintenced and taken care of all over the residence. Everything is in perfect condition when moving in, there are never any problems around the living residence and everyone literally could not be more helpful.

I’ve only lived at Rittenhouse for about a month, but I don’t really have any complaints. I love having my own bedroom, and air conditioning. When I moved in, my bedframe was broken and maintenance. Took care of it within an hour. It’s a little removed from campus, but not horrible yet. Check back with me in the winter! The people in the office are really funny and helpful. Also, the people that I’ve met in the building seem very friendly.

Great staff, apartments, and amenities! The apartments are spacious and convenient to access. Maintenance requests always get fulfilled in a timely manner as well. We’ve had good experiences with the maintenance staff as well. I also get a cappuccino every day from the coffee machine downstairs! Overall great experience.

apartment nice but rent keeps increasing which is downside. Power goes out more than it should. Do like the amenities across the street. Staff is nice.

Super clean always, relatively minimal noise except for late nights but is to be expected. Maintenance was always prompt as was the staff. A little on the pricier side but it has everything you could need. Overall a great experience.

I visited a lot of places before signing a lease here. This was the first spot that had the convenience and environment I hoped for that was also close to my school. There are a lot of options out there but this one was closest to checking off all my boxes. There was no other option that came close.

I really like my apartment and every amenities that come with it. It is close to campus. You can also get a coffee at the leasing office which is an added bonus

its honestly a good apartment complex to live in. I have never had a problem with anyone here. I’m not close with anyone on the floor but everyone pretty much minds their own business which is cool. Also, Emails are sent before staff enter ur apartment/room if needed like when they do room check or stuff like that.

I toured the Rittenhouse and they have very spacious floor plans with lots of amenities. Some are washer and dryer’s in every unit as well as the units being completely furnished!

Great place and very clean and has lots of community activities. Only complaint is the thinness of the walls, the price, and how it’s far for students who only walk to places on campus.

I really like my apartment and feel safe at the community I am in. I think the amenities are well updated. My neighbors are a little loud but it is nothing that is too much. The current construction is annoying at times

Apartment quality is nice. Spacious main room. You have the option of being in your own private world if you want, or being together in the main room. Your bedroom is private enough it is like your own dorm.

Staff, neighbors and new friendships have made life at Rittenhouse a lot of fun. There are always activities to bring residents together. Also, anytime there is a problem that needs repair in our apartment, maintenance is right there and follows through. Love it here!!

Decent place to live. Things break a lot which is confusing why the price is so expensive per month. Handyman is a nice guy though. Far from campus.

Love the apartment. Such an awesome, welcoming community. Everyone is very nice and friendly. Although, it can be frustrating to use the leasing office to study and hang out when it gets taken over everyday by the workers.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this apartment, and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The apartment was spotless and thoughtfully furnished, with a comfortable living room, a restful bedroom, and a well-equipped kitchen that made meal preparation a breeze. Its prime location allowed for easy exploration of the city on foot, with shops, restaurants, and attractions all within walking distance. The responsive host and top-notch security added to the overall positive experience, making it excellent value for the price. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough – it offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I left with wonderful memories and a desire to return in the future.
