The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Rio Vista Village
This is one of the worst apartment complexes to live at. The maintenance is horrible. Apartments have cracks in the walls where rain floods Apartments. The leasing office cares zero about their tenants. Washer/dryers are always broken. Speed in the parking lots and dangerous. Kids run wild and knock on doors and run. DON'T MOVE IN HERE. IT WOULD BE A COLOSSAL MISTAKE.
Just want to give a big thank you to Kayla, Cynthia, and Nestor for being the best management staff! They are always so friendly and address your needs swiftly. I would definitely recommend Rio Vista Village as I lived here for 2 years through a transitional period of saving for a home. The rent is in line or less than comparable apartments in the area. The grounds are well maintained and they are always looking to update the property as needed. I will miss the staff's smiling faces. Good luck to you all! Becky P.
The roaches got SO BAD When Our Upstairs Neighbor Moved In never had a roach problem but it felt like we were at war! Also our apartment got flooded one Easter night . there was water all over the carpet they never came out because it was a "Holiday Weekend" the water eventually dried and left my place so stinky took them about 6 months to replace the carpet I was staying there for about 3 years other than those two incidents I loved this place.
I don't recommend a dog to stay in these apartments, cars get broken into, apartments get broken into and no one see's anything, I also see drug deals going on out here do not feel safe cars riding in and out all types of night they do not have valet trash the security guard is creepy he watch you come in and out your apartments he take pictures of you and you tag on your cars I took 3 weeks for to get some one to fix my ac They also have ants and fleas
PSA: Save your money and don't move here, the worst place I ever LIVED!! But to each is own.. Ants, mold, I had a leaking roof for 2 weeks and it mildew my carpet had my apartment smelling like a dump, they give you notices for everything only thing good about these apartments is the Winn Dixie across the street
Overall this is a nice apartment complex, Very quiet, and a good location. There is a grocery store within 1 minuet walking distance which is great. The complex could use updated appliances and better closet doors, and MOST of the staff is very nice more the maintenance workers than some of the staff.
The complex itself is pretty neat, but the managerial staff are slackies they love to give out a bunh of notices on things they've for apartment rules, but when you need maintenance they are very hard to reach. The area is very small and they don't think about all the kids that stay in the area, no playground.
Rio Vista Village offers wonderful location to shopping, entertainment, beaches and anything else you can think of to do.
