Property Ratings at Rimrock West Apartments
The inside maintenance is pretty good, but outside is awful. The East and north side has not been watered at all this summer and clearing the sidewalks of debris is NEVER done and snow removal was not very good last year. Also there is rebar showing in the parking lot that has been that way for the whole time I have been here, over a year.

Your grounds keeper needs to pay some attention to all the dead leaves and garbage piling up around the buildings and dumpsters.

Great service Everything Rimrock West has been doing has been great so far! The lady who helped me get everything sorted out before the move in, Courtney, was incredibly helpful and understanding about any questions i had about being a first time renter.
