Prompt Service from our excellent maintenance staff Usually a maintenance staff person can respond the same day to different requests unless there are bigger problems they need to tend to elsewhere; but we have a great team of men who are caring, professional and work hard to resolve whatever maintenance issue one might have in the apartments.

Riley is Great! Riley Towers is exceptional in views. staff and maintenance. A few minor adjustments need to be made for physically disabled but they seem to be willing to accommodate. We are happy here.

I lived there for a year, everything was great until I moved out. Management will be after your security deposit and request extra money for carpet replacement for what should be considered wear and tear. They did not find anything else to charge me with for move-out, so they just went for some invisible stains and normal wear and tear furniture weight marks to request money on top of my security deposit for a carpet replacement I am sure they will not even replace, claiming some cleaning company (which I could not even find through a google search to check how legit it is) claimed it cannot be fixed and would need entire carpet replacement. DO Not live there - there are way nice places around downtown Indy where you don't have to deal with management unprofessionalism running after your money.
Do not live here. They use any kind of excuse for you to pay for carpet re installation if you leave any kind of stain or tear. Lived here for two years, with no complaints and recently resigned for a more expensive place. But I guess they're so money hungry and love abusing their leasing terms that they will charge you for any kind of damage. Horrible management. Only good thing about this place is the leasing staff - they were so kind. But the manager may as well be a ghost. Never met her before and all she cares about is your $$$. If you have a pet, I highly suggest not living here and find a pet-friendly apartment complex. You pay $25/month with an additional $200 fee upfront for a pet and it doesn't go towards any type of damage. In the word of the manager "It goes towards nothing". So save your money. Live in a nicer complex on Mass Ave. And ensure the lease you sign doesn't allow them to get away with this. Look at all the other reviews, not just mine.

This was the worst apartment I have ever lived in. The apartment itself was gross and dingy. I have had large bugs, leaks from every window and faulty air conditioning. So glad I moved out. I would never recommend this apartment community. Pay a little bit more and get a nicer apartment - it’s not worth the minimal cost savings.

Literally best views in the city. Wonderful common outside area with an amazing pool that feels like a getaway in the middle of Indianapolis. Lastly, there is great staff, from from the great leising agents like Amie to the repair staff, they always provide service in a quick and thoughtful manner.
I chose Riley Towers because we did not have a lot of money and the deposit was only $300.00. We lived there a year and really had no big issues. However, we lived there only a little over a year and when we moved out we were hit with a list of "damages" and "Itemized Cleaning" fees. They said the carpet had to be replaced and they even charged us $25.00 for cleaning the bath tub, even an amount for replacing the stove drip pans and many more items too numerous to list. The final cost to move out was $1,100 plus. They, of course, subtracted the $300 deposit paid and then began demanding payment. They are also not very easy to work with - they setup the payments on their terms with no regard to what you can afford. The "Manager" is rude and demanding. I would never recommend anyone to live there. I feel terrible because when we first moved in I did recommend the place to other friends.
these apartments are from the Mad Men era, but have all the coolness of John Hamm. Plaster walls mean you don't have to muffle yourself. Going up 30 stories, they have a view to die for from almost every room. And no teensy balcony like you see at the other places downtown. These are 9x9 and fit a whole 5 piece outdoor seating set. Of course it has exercise area, hot tub and pool...but the just redone grill area has 6 giant new grills all surrounded by granite topped prep and eat areas. Walk to Mass Ave in 3 min. What's not to love?
I just moved out of Riley Towers after living there for two years. I lived in the second tower in a three bedroom. The most important thing to be, being a female, was feeling safe. I cannot stress how safe I felt here, all the time. The other huge added plus was never being able to hear my neighbors. Other than that, my pros and cons were: Pros- great location - walking distance to Mass Ave and downtown, but still a safe feeling neighborhood area. - great views of the city, and huge windows, so a lot of natural light - large balcony - helpful, responsive staff including a wonderful 24/7 concierge - gym and outdoor pool - reasonable rent - lots of closet space plus a good-sized storage unit - solid walls (again, rarely could hear our neighbors) - a business center/ study lounge, and also a common area with a pool table, couches, and cable TV -three parking options in a new garage, which again, were extremely secure. Cons - interior decor was a little dated - no laundry in unit, but there was one in the basement. There is also a quarter machine in the resident center. We ultimately moved out because of roommate changes, and I needed to be closer to the fishers area. I recommend this complex to anyone looking to live downtown.
I've lived in several apartments at Riley Towers. I've lived on the 2nd, 17th and 22nd floors and lived there a total of four years. The views from the higher floors were outstanding! I absolutely loved the property. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance was always very responsive. The amenities were great...nice fitness center and I loved the sauna. If my husband and I hadn't need more room to start our family we certainly would have stayed longer.
Website looks great, but call them about added utilities, parking and if you want a furnished unit. Website is misleading.

We're very sorry you feel that way!. It would be quite difficult to include all fees in the rents quoted on the website as not all potential residents want added furnishings or parking. We simply post the current market rent, without additions, for available apartments. I'm sorry we were not a fit for your situation.
