Apartments have been renovated with Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring in the main areas, and carpet in the bedrooms. Last year, all the apartments had new vinyl windows installed which will drastically reduce heating bills. Each unit also has a wall A/C in the living room. Apartment has electric baseboard heat, electric stove, Refrigerator and garbage disposal. In the hallway, there is a coin operated washer and dryer. This apartment is only 5 minutes away from downtown West Bend, and from Regner Park. This apartment building has 2 separate entrances, with 4 units on the 1st floor, and 4 units on the 2nd floor (no long hallways). There is a grass area in the back behind the parking lot with a picnic table.
