Since under new management everything gets better and better. I enjoy living here, going on eight years now. Plenty of places around including Palmer Park, to walk your dog or just to enjoy taking a walk.

Ridgeview Apts are the best hidden secret in Colorado Springs. There’s an amazing view of the mountains. I have friends who have come over and said “I had no idea these apartments were back here, these are gorgeous!” It’s very quiet and there are great places to walk your animals. I am so happy that I found these apartments.

Office staff is amazing, they are kind, inclusive, and prompt to take care of any maintenance requests. They are currently fixing the pool, and will be replacing the parking lot this summer. The entire complex could use some paint, and the furnace is very loud. Bathroom sink is very low, I'm not tall and have to hunch a little to use it, but the appliances are all clean and new, the sinks are large, the water pressure is great, and with palmer park right behind us, it's a great place to have a dog.

There's just a few tiny areas that are inconvenient after moving in. A few small problems but for the most part they're nice apartments. The playground is also a little small in comparison to the complex.

I have been here 3 months and love it everyone has been so nice and respectful and the maintenance crew are fast and on top of things when needed. I live with my 3 year old son and he loves his new room and all the amenities this place has to offer.
The staff here is so kind and helpful! They are patient and never make you feel like a burden. Best apartments we have lived in by far. It’s also one of the most cleanest grounds, I constantly see the effort in keeping it clean!
The maintenance people are awesome this a very dog friendly place. I love that we have amenities such as the indoor and outdoor pool. A hot tub. Places that u can have picnic s. We also a playground for dogs. It's also quiet we're i live.

Very bad and terrible this place isn’t worth the rent you charge way and it shouldn’t be are responsibility to pay you for common area utilities do better because everything in my place is falling apart rotten patio deck appliances that don’t work well are heater went out and are shower in the spare bathroom started leaking and causing all kinds off issues

Muy buen lugar, so lo que muy caro , a parte tienes que pagar por la luz que está al rededor de los apartamentos por fuera . es muy caro, más de lo que yo pago por la que uso yo adentro de la vivienda dos facturas de luz ?? por todo se paga, por el gas que está en el área de pícnic aunque no lo uses tú! se paga .

Hola, puedo ver que la electricidad del área común ha ido aumentando gradualmente una vez que llegamos a los meses de invierno que se espera. Deberíamos verlo volver a bajar una vez que el clima llegue a los meses más cálidos. No veo ningún aumento importante en las facturas de los proveedores mes tras mes, pero hay ligeros aumentos estacionales, como se esperaba.

Good experience with my neighbors are very quiet. My only concerns are with the contact changes of employees in residence office. Also no one every answers the phone or calls me back when I leave a message. I love my apartment though and my neighbors are good.

I've lived here for 10 years in two separate buildings. I've seen a lot of changes in who works here over time, but right now James and Peyton have the complex very well taken care of, the best I've seen in my time here in fact.

Quiet community nestled up against Palmer Park. Great walking trail. The new owners have really made the community better. Maintenance staff is amazing. Friendly office personnel. Nice indoor mail room. Walking distance to many stores and eating establishments.

The Apartments need to get better 24/7 security, my vehicle has been stolen and vandalised twice you have freeloading bums breaking into vacant apartments and living it’s ridiculous .

The apartment is alright sometimes. It need a lot of updates and it needs new carpet. The wood floor suck because after mopping it give off order that stays in the air.

Only 3 stars because the units and amenities do need some upgrades! Staff is amazing! I love the location. We have trail access to a great trail and great views!

It is very quiet, swimming pools inside the building open 24/7 are phenomenal, children's area available and area for a picnic.Awesome!!!!..

Peyton was super helpful and friendly from the moment we walked in. We drove all the way from Florida and our apartment search wasn’t supposed to be for another month but due to some unforeseen circumstances, we needed one in a week. She gave us a few options and there was even a move in special so it didn’t break the bank.

Definitely love all my neighbors and all the amenities I get access to. I love that there is an indoor pool to use during the winter months.

Rooms are spacious and it’s a fairly quiet neighborhood . The swimming pools have been the norm for my son this summer and maintenance has been fairly responsive

Ms. Lauren is amazing!! Super knowledgeable. The apartment is huge and spacious! The grounds are absolutely beautiful and lots of space for the dogs. Everyone we have ran into on the grounds have been so friendly and talkative!
