While the apartment is a bit expensive it's a safe clean and pleasant place to live! I would recommend this place to anyone that can afford it.

When there are maintenance issues, we have been pleased with the outcomes. The paying of the rent has been confusing, and we opted out of the "improve your credit" app. Also parking is becoming more of an issue, but I suppose it's inevitable.

All the staff are very friendly and the grounds around the apartments are kept looking nice and professional! Our apartment was nice and clean when we arrived, and any small issues that popped up were quickly addressed by staff.

I enjoy living here. The community is peaceful and friendly. The pool area is very relaxing and the views are beautiful! There is plenty of parking and it is on a convenient location near the highway so commutes are easy.

Everything has improved this summer regarding the amenities. The pool has been in good condition all summer. Maintenance is still usually quick to respond. No recent community gatherings or summer grill out but hopefully with new management we will see that change.

nice place overall. Starla is AMAZING! I moved here three years ago and have had three different managers. it feels like every manager change the amenities and events go downhill which is a bummer as the price is still the same and not cheap.

I just moved here cause if not I would have to get rid of my dog, I love everything about it so far. I love the dog areas where I can walk my dogs. I love the view and most of all, I love my place for my kid and I. He is so excited to stay here and so am I. So thankful we get to have a nice place to live!!!

Nice on the outside but the internal walls/floors are thin. Communicating the issues with staff will leave you empty handed. Dogs that bark non-stop because the neighbors don't care about the impact the barking has on anyone else will leave you with frustration. 1. because of the uncontrollable noise you can hear through the floors and 2. when you complain, the staff will say there's not much they can do. Leaving you in an uncomfortable environment. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Nice staff doesn't equal confortable living conditions.

Would not recommend living here. The walls/ceilings/floors are thin and when one complains about excessive barking, the staff will state they are unable to do anything and offer apologies but in the meanwhile, you're expected to continue paying rent and having the anxiety of neighbors who could care less about their dogs barking excessively. Looks nice on the outside but the sound on the inside is horrible. Look elsewehere.

The apartment staffs are so efficient. Amenities and the resident portal is a 4 out of 5. V got lucky that we got a northwest facing patio and the views from here are excellent. Overall a very quiet place to live in. My kudos to the maintenance team. They are doing a good job.

This is a very beautiful and comfortable apartment. But living on the first floor I always froze. The heating system worked continuously, but it did not help. I covered all the windows with plastic, but it did not help. This is probably a defect in insulation during the construction of the building. And be careful on wet linoleum in the kitchen and bathroom. It is very slippery!

I love the layout of the one bedroom! The kitchen is well laid out. The dry bar is super convenient for storage. The bathroom is HUGE. The bedroom as a RIDICULOUS amount of shelving & closet space WITH a bay window!!! Seriously, it's awesome. The staff is also really great. They throw a lot of get togethers for the residents. The thing that I really love- they always say "Happy to help!" and you know they mean it!

Let me start off by thanking the original staff for helping us move in during our transition from one state to another. It was a painless process to get approved for residency here. Throughout the 7 months living here at RidgePointe At Gleneagle, we met quite a few excellent neighbors, seen quite a bit of wildlife (Large Raccoons, they are adorable, just don't try to pet them) usually around the garbage we have to put outside for valet garbage pickup, and three consecutive run-ins with a Peeping Tom. Being on the ground floor I guess this is... possible/expected? Now, because it is Colorado, let's talk Cannabis policy here. As long as you do not bother others, make it obnoxiously thick that is "infiltrates" other's homes, or becomes a nuisance, it's good to go on the porch/balcony only (policy is always subject to change). Be careful however, there are surprisingly many ignorant individuals living here when it comes to the facts and truths of Cannabis. Most of these people are those set in their ways or filled with some belief from days of old, but yet too puerile to actually research and read the information that has been available to all for more than a decade. The only part of our apartment that was trash/unclean/toxic was our stove. We had them look at it and according to Maintenance they said there wasn't a need to fix/replace. At the final closing of our lease, the site manager was disappointed to see how dirty and nasty the stove was. I did explain this is how we found it, and it was so disgusting we never used it. They still charged us for it... LOL! WOW! Well hopefully they use those funds to fix this unit. Even Jake in the office said, "there are some units that just have problems." A WORD OF WARNING & PURE ADVICE: To live here really isn't that bad. As a Temporary Residence, perfect! Make sure you take oodles of pictures and video recording of EVERYTHING, daily, weekly, monthly, and if it goes that far, yearly. Check for mold and unclean appliances.

These apartments come equipped with a beautiful fireplace and area for a large screen TV. Each apartment has a beautiful Terrace to look out from the lovely kitchen. These apartments are spacious even the one-bedrooms feel like you have room to move around. They except animals and the staff is friendly and helpful. You can always get maintenance help whenever you need it!
