We have loved being at the Ridge at Perry Bend. The staff are awesome. The grounds are maintained beautifully and the pool is definitely a favorite of pur kids.
Cortni has been amazing with helping me get my keys in hand and getting settled! Customer Service is always important and so far it has been amazing!

Living here the past 6 months has been great! It is peaceful, we haven’t had any issues with our apartment, and we are happy to be here. The staff is very informative with community events going on and any inspections/maintenance.

It is so quiet and peaceful here. I have enjoyed living here so much. I just hope and pray the management will not give me a hard time moving from the one bedroom apt to the two since I have become an invalid and need the extra room and the need for someone to stay with me to care for me. The community is well maintained and the amenities are very good. The community centre offers a gym, work room and pool and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Parking can sometimes be tight outside some apartments but the overflow always has plenty. Everything is very close by and Shopping is within walking distance too!

I really enjoy living at The Ridge ! The amenities are well-maintained, including the staff created a great sense of community. lThe location is also super convenient, close to shopping area and my commute to work is not far. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great living experience!
I have zero complaints about this apartment complex. I've been renting a second floor apartment for almost a year and a half now, and there's no noise issues from neighboring apartments or issues with other facilities in the complex. The maintenance team is friendly and quick to fix any issues with the apartment, and the grounds are clean and well-maintained. Management team is amazing if you ever have any issues. The whole community is very relaxed and calm. Overall, it is an amazing place to live. It's truly the best place I've ever rented, and I can't say enough good things about it.

I love living at Ridge at Perry Bend. My whole family and I are loving this community. It's such a beautiful place. I love the look of it I love our apartment. I love the layout. I love the tall ceilings. It has so much room. And the people in this community are very nice very kind people. Most of my experiences living anywhere have involved some sort of Chaos one way or another and I have not experienced that here it is so peaceful and just a beautiful place to live I love it so much. It's got great amenities! My daughter loves the pool and the gym because she does PT and OT and it helps her a lot with her physical activity. I love that they let you have your pets. I almost had to rehome my pets. This is the only place that I tried that allowed me to have both of my dogs and I'm so very thankful for that I just love this whole experience I've had with Ridge at Perry Bend. I highly recommend living here . And the ladies in the office are awesome. They made us feel right at home.

Great experience so far. Ridge has made it quite easy to pay all the bills and utilities stress free. Internet is great. Areas stay clean. Pool and grill area is always a nice place to hang around. Most horrible experience. Some staff are rude and don’t care about complaints of weed smell or loud thumping music. I will be happy when our lease is up to be completely moved out. I would not recommend
We've had a wonderful almost three year experience at Ridge at Perry Bend. It's very quiet, friendly and the property is kept immaculately. If I had it to do over again, I would not have a balcony facing the road. The road noise makes the balcony almost unusable. Otherwise the place is well kept and the people are friendly.

We absolutely love it here!! Clean, beautiful grounds, the dog parks are incredible and the layout of the apartments are so unique!! Cortni and Bella were the absolute bomb and we couldn't have done this successfully without them!!

Moving in here was a smooth process. This place is amazing! 2 dog parks and a salt water pool. Everyone in the office is great, especially Bella!

A pretty great community! I love the community events that happen throughout the year. The only reason it's missing a full five is because the gym equipment is a bit older and the exterior has only been power washed once in the year I've been here. Otherwise, the staff is always enthusiastic.

Coming from NYC , I personally longed to be in a safe place where the Management team actually cared. I can honestly say, this team here at Perry Ridge are friendly and work with excellence, integrity and leadership.
