It’s was so easy to move here. The staff is professional and kind. The maintenance guys are awesome and responds very quickly. The apartments are very nice and spacious
We got an 3 bedroom 2 bathroom and the apartment is big and very nice. Amenities are amazing saltwater pool is always clean and a 24 hour cardio gym on site is great. Can’t forget about the on site car care area that is so awesome. The staff has been very friendly and helpful, absolutely love the open door policy they’re there to answer any and all questions.

Love the spacious living area of the apartment. We rent the 3 bedroom option and it tons of room for us and super nice when we have guest over for dinner or game night! We have two fur babies so the dog parks are a nice add on!

Well time is passing so quickly and we are already renewing another year with Ridge at Perry Bend in May. This will be our 4th year! We can't recommend these apartments enough! It is so quiet and peaceful here. I have enjoyed living here so much. I just hope and pray the management will not give me a hard time moving from the one bedroom apt to the two since I have become an invalid and need the extra room and the need for someone to stay with me to care for me. I cannot do for myself as I once could do. I do thank Ridge for what they have done for me.

The community is well maintained and the amenities are very good. The community centre offers a gym, work room and pool and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Parking can sometimes be tight outside some apartments but the overflow always has plenty. Everything is very close by and Shopping is within walking distance too!

I really enjoy living at The Ridge ! The amenities are well-maintained, including the staff created a great sense of community. lThe location is also super convenient, close to shopping area and my commute to work is not far. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great living experience!
I have zero complaints about this apartment complex. I've been renting a second floor apartment for almost a year and a half now, and there's no noise issues from neighboring apartments or issues with other facilities in the complex. The maintenance team is friendly and quick to fix any issues with the apartment, and the grounds are clean and well-maintained. Management team is amazing if you ever have any issues. The whole community is very relaxed and calm. Overall, it is an amazing place to live. It's truly the best place I've ever rented, and I can't say enough good things about it.

I love living at Ridge at Perry Bend. My whole family and I are loving this community. It's such a beautiful place. I love the look of it I love our apartment. I love the layout. I love the tall ceilings. It has so much room. And the people in this community are very nice very kind people. Most of my experiences living anywhere have involved some sort of Chaos one way or another and I have not experienced that here it is so peaceful and just a beautiful place to live I love it so much. It's got great amenities! My daughter loves the pool and the gym because she does PT and OT and it helps her a lot with her physical activity. I love that they let you have your pets. I almost had to rehome my pets. This is the only place that I tried that allowed me to have both of my dogs and I'm so very thankful for that I just love this whole experience I've had with Ridge at Perry Bend. I highly recommend living here . And the ladies in the office are awesome. They made us feel right at home.

Great place to live. Been here awhile now and have zero complaints! Maintenance always takes care of your needs in a timely manor and the office people are super friendly as well!

Great experience so far. Ridge has made it quite easy to pay all the bills and utilities stress free. Internet is great. Areas stay clean. Pool and grill area is always a nice place to hang around. Nice, easy going gym area even with an area for kids if you have any. All around great experience so far!

Most horrible experience. Some staff are rude and don’t care about complaints of weed smell or loud thumping music. I will be happy when our lease is up to be completely moved out. I would not recommend
