The leasing office staff was very friendly and helpful. I told them about a bad experience applying for the last place and it feels like they really went out of their way to make sure it didn't happen here. The mature trees are beautiful and the pool is really nice. The location is great--somehow both quiet and located up the street from everything. Everyone we've met has been friendly, the grounds are kept clean, and I've been really happy here so far.

I love the quiet atmosphere of The Ridge at Mountain View. It is close enough to most shops anyone needs in addition to towns like Arvada and Westminster but feels tucked away into a suburban area. I'm excited to utilize the amenities like the incredible gym and pool.

I have been, I tell people not to move here. We pay SOO MUCH IN RENT, and we get nothing good for it...a "pool/pizza party"... it's always on a week day, when schools in and people are at work. All the residents deserve MUCH MUCH MORE!

Overall we’ve been very happy with ridge at Mountain View. It is a quiet community in a great location. The access to trails allows for plenty of walking and biking opportunities. The layout of the apartment is great and I love that there is two sliding doors to access the balcony.

The Ridge at Mountain View are good apartments for the cost for sure. I love my patio, and just many apects of my apartment here. It's safe, and quiet and ppl are respectful. And the grounds are clean and trash free. I would recommend these apartments absolutely.

The property needs a lot of updates: patios, stairs, especially given how much we pay for rent now. Overall it's a nice neighborhood though and the appliances and amenities are nice. But some appliances can be replaced. The water is also awful and often smells like rotten eggs especially in the dishwashers which.

Not great, but is a roof over your head with a resposive maintenance team but inattentive team in the office. No joke they waited until after hounding me about renewing before they ever answered my questions about rates.

The people who live here are nice; it's within walking distance to some shopping and restaurants; and there is access to Arvada's multi-use trails nearby. But beware the geese in the nearby shopping pond! They are nearly as big as me, a small but full grown adult!

We have loved living at The Ridge at Mountain View since first moving here in June 2012! Although the length of time we have lived here speaks for itself, I will add: The office and maintenance professionals are friendly, accommodating and timely in handling requests. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the snow is shoveled quickly. It is a safe place to live, and the outside is kept well-lit at night. The community is very well located, within walking distance to several large shopping centers and community walking trails. The amenities, especially the pool (with waterfall and feet-wading area), fully equipped fitness room, and community-sized covered gas grill, make it a wonderful place to entertain guests. They also had a wonderful catered holiday dinner party last December, and host a few other community gatherings throughout the year. Keep up the great work, Ridge at Mountain View!!

All I can say is renter beware. The inconsistency and lack of professionalism from the management staff has been apparent since we moved in. We moved here back in July 2019 and have seen the community deteriorate before our eyes along with our apartment. We have a stack of work orders (50+) since moving in due to the apartment not being properly serviced before move in. This place is a the definition of lipstick on a pig. Cut corners to save costs at the expense of the renters. Amenities that you will pay for that aren't accessible (i.e. tennis court) among other things. The presence of drug paraphernalia is found weekly by myself and even my toddler daughters. Our puppy has found Methamphetamine on the premise. The smell of smoke and other substances is a normal occurrence even though it is apparently a non-smoking community. Trash and dog waste EVERYWHERE! We should have listened to the prior reviews and not rented here. That is my fault but I feel obligated to warn others, especially individuals with children. For your sake, look somewhere else. I could go on and on but walk around and witness for yourself prior to renting. I will continue to post as issues come up. The website needs to make a negative star review for circumstances such as this. Trust your instincts...

We have left you a couple messages so when you have a convenient moment to talk, please let?s do so ? we want to take action and resolve any issues you may have. We absolutely want you and your family to experience a pleasant living environment within our community and with all our staff. Your review is the first we have heard about drug paraphernalia found by you or anyone on our property. It is something we would not tolerate and would want to contact authorities about immediately. We take pride in providing a well-cared for community and address our grounds daily and promptly when we are notified by our residents if something is overlooked. Our valet trash is provided to our residents 6 days a week for convenience and should they miss your apartment one evening, 5280 CWS requests you contact them directly so they can respond asap. The doggie stations we have placed throughout our property for our resident?s use is meant to help with the disposing of dog waste, and we do like to check our grounds to assist when those stations are not taken full advantage of, please always feel free to contact us if we need to address this with any specific areas. We are a smoke free community and request our residents to let us know if smoking of any kind takes place so we can take the proper action. You mentioned our amenities and specifically the tennis court adjacent to our property. The tennis court is not part of our community, it belongs to Club Crest Condos next to us, but we certainly wish it was! Our new fitness center and grill areas are available for your use and of course our new pool area is available during the summer months for you and your family to enjoy. Again Brandon, we really want to make sure you and your family are happy living here at The Ridge at Mountain View so please reach out and we can address your concerns and needs.

My daughters and I moved here a year ago, and I thought I'd share my thoughts so far living here. First off, our apartment is super comfy and the family loves it, also the pool makes for great play time for the kids as well as great relaxation for the adults. Always maintained and sparkling! The gym is a great plus too being that you dont even have to drive to an overcrowded expensive memebers only place when you have it right here. We only had the need to call maintenance once and they are quick and super helpful. The staff and office here is very helpful and really friendly, not just at our original lease signing but just the same as day one all the way until writing this. If you are searching for a great home and community, I wont be the last to tell you, this is the place to be!

I've been living here for a little over a year now and it's been a fantastic experience. Any time I have had an issue the maintenance staff has taken care of it. The office staff is super friendly and helpful as well. The pool and gym are awesome too!

It is actually very pleasant place to live.
Great community! Maintanence is great at getting to work orders as soon as possible.
The Ridge at Mountain View is a wonderful community for all ages and all walks of life. From the pool, fitness center, and great location, there is always something to do!

I love living at the ridge at mountain view. Very clean and quiet community. The staff are very helpful and attentive. I would recommend this community to friends and family.
I'm very happy and many other residents are very kind and respectful .
The walls are thin and the floors squeek. Some apartments have linoleum flooring throughout (like our neighbors above us) and you can hear the dog scratching as they walk. I guess thats just a normal part of apartment living, though. No access to trash recepticles, and there is a short time frame in the evening for placing your trash out for pick up; only 5 days out of the week. Defintely not my favorite thing about living here. Other than that, its a quiet surrounding area with grocers and stores nearby.
