Awesome Staff

The staff is awesome here. From the beginning of the process until the end. The process didn't take long at all. They have updated apartments and townhomes that look great. Elizabeth and Lilly are wonderful. I highly recommend Richland Corners!

Beware...

I moved in and found paint spilled all over, funky stained carpet, active wasp nests at front door, no bathroom door, dinged up refrigerator etc etc. The property manager and her company Allied state that if it works,they dont replace it? Smh smah

If you have low expectations,you'll be very happy here

I moved in to find funky,stained carpet..dingy,marked up and mismatched blinds..dinged up refrigerator..active wasps nests at front door...no master bathroom door...neighbors yard smells like dog poop...no light on building. The list goes on.
