If you love living with bugs … noisy neighbors.. and paper thin walls then you’ll love riata! It’s super run down, tenants and management keep the place filthy. Roaches in the washer and dryers. This place should be shut down! Don’t let the cheap rent fool you!
This manager is not interested in fixing the tenants important things..I've been calling and calling about my door that is broken because and all he days is :yes the maintenance man will be fixing your door at this time" ...he is a liar and I will be calling a lawyer
The best thing about this apartments is that they allow pets...no one wants to put their pets to sleep when they move out for the only reason that most of the apartments dont accept pets
