Excellent place to live. The apartments are well maintained, the environment is peaceful, and the community feels safe. Management and staff are friendly, attentive, and always willing to help when needed. The common areas are clean and well kept. It’s been nice here. I was the second resident to move in here, watched a lot of things happen been through a few people in the office but all in all it’s been great.
This apartment is brand new, look forward to live there! My unit is quiet and clean, love the kitchen and the fridge is big. Bedrooms are big and cozy and the bath rooms are nice. Loving the feeling of having bathtub and shower at the same time…
I enjoy living at Revello. However residents should be mindful of their constantly barking dogs. The maintenance team are always on point and handle requests in a timely manner.
Size of rooms is great! Staff are helpful! Maintenance staff are quick to respond when needed. We enjoy the pool, fireplace, and grill area! Makes for a great evening out but not far from home.
Jesse is great and is always responsive. Maintenance is great and they keep up with the property. There is a lot of retired people that live here so it is quiet but people can be very nosy.

Still love my home, lots of space, no more lawn care and the staff here can't be beat. The only one flaw is the elevator issue that just keeps coming back in building 3...Hopefully that will soon become a problem of the past
It’s been great. Can’t complain. Great community to live in. Would recommend this community to anyone. The amenities and the staff is what makes the community. Love all the events they do to keep people active.

Love this place! Events are great, neighbors are great! Except for a couple incident at the carwash, which hasn't been a problem again, and noisy upstairs neighbors, everything is great. I wouldn't mind the neighbors noise so much if they'd just calm down at night.

Wonderful place to live! Very clean, lots of amenities, and staff is amazing! Dog parks are easy to get to and use. Pool is refreshing with plenty of places to sit and relax, not to mention be able to cookout while there.

Would give 5 stars but i've had a seriously frustrating move in experience and no one seems to really care too much. My first day/night here moving in my AC broke and they did come immediately and put a portable AC unit in so we could sleep (thank u so much) but they said someone would come fix it the next day, but nobody came and they said someone would come tomorrow:/ so day 2 no AC. Then i tried to set up my wifi router which would not work and had a 1.5 hour call with xfinity to try and figure out what's happening. Apparently the modem (installed in the apartment) is on someone else's account which makes no sense since I was told I'd be the first person living in this apartment. So no wifi and no AC lol. All this happening right after i moved in is very frustrating but im trying to be considerate to the apartment because im assuming they didnt know about these issues, and just wish they would've offered something to make this better lol. Otherwise the apartment is beautiful.

Optimum apartments only need to improve to respond to emails In general, it is a very good apartment and so far I have had no problems. More scoring again needs to improve in responding to messages in the email...

So far our neighbors have been really nice and the staff have been great. The apartment was so clean when we arrived, the AC works wonders. The water pressure is a little light though.

The staff is very supportive and the maintenance crew is swift on showing up. It is also very quiet and the residents are friendly. I moved in yesterday and was greeted with a warm welcome. The apartments are nice and spacious and I have a great view.

I’m a new resident but so far, I love it. Mitch was very helpful in getting everything in order for us to move from Michigan. A few hiccups with receiving updated/proper paperwork, and communication. We requested a storage unit which was reflected on our “Welcome “ email, but upon arrival, it was no longer available. Apparently the computer wasn’t reflecting the request. Because we definitely needed a space for storage, I had to add a garage, which is more expensive than the storage, which was a bit disappointing, but I suppose things do unintentionally happen.

I just moved into Revello 6 days ago. My experience up to today has been great. From the first moment I entered the office to view the models and ask about leases, to my move in day. Everything was easy and clearly communicated. The community is beautiful, and I love my 2-bedroom apartment. There is so much storage space compared to my last apartment. I haven't been here long enough to meet any neighbors, but I am looking forward to it.

Staff is awesome, helpful and very responsive. Complex is clean and well laid out. Apartment’s are beautiful, if the appliances were nicer and properly installed this place would be close to perfect!

So far so EXCELLENT! From the maintenance to the office manager! It is refreshing to have everyone so receptive to the community's needs. I love the brand new smell! The landscaping is beautiful. I love that it's so lit up at night. The apartments are beautiful modern and Brite.

Amazing and relaxing. I love how everything is close by supermarket, restaurants and gas stations. Is in the middle of everything. I came in and felt at home right away. Everyone is so nice and friendly

Great apartments in a good location near Venice.Its close to interstate for commuting. All the apartments are new and super clean..Great price for leasing.

Revello has been great thus far! A couple issues with cosmetics around the house but Jesse has been wonderful throughout this whole process. Love the pool and grill area.

The staff goes above and beyond!!! We had a large package delivered to the wrong area and it was going to be a struggle to move . One of the gentleman offered to put it in the back of his truck and move it to our unit ….which he did !!! Totally made our day much much easier… thank you !!!!
