The place is always clean and modern looking. The management team are always nice and courteous. The maintenance team is very responsive when I need something repaired or when I’m locked out of the apartment. The neighborhood is amazing. Super close to work. Amenities are amazing. The pool is always well maintained. Plenty of parking spaces. Security is fantastic and responsive. The gym is always clean and sufficiently equipped. I’d say, there’s not much to complain about. 5 out of 5 stars for me.

I have lived here for over a year now. I'm always grateful for the quick response and immediate work on all order requests I have made so far. They go above and beyond with the cleanliness and upkeep of the buildings and grounds. (Even the trash room smells good!) Fantastic communication from the staff whenever there are concerns or issues with any of the amenities. You definitely see where your rent money is going.
Revela staff are the BEST at getting on top of fixes. I’ve lived at Revela for almost a year and the 4 times I’ve submitted a fix request, they ALL have been completed within 24 hours, plus the service personnel are always courteous and friendly! Another thing, it’s always clean! I constantly see cleaners around the complex touching up surfaces. And it smells so good in the elevators - a space that normally gets dirty and stinky easily. Revela is really great with keeping the complex beautiful and comfortable to be at.
A lot of hidden charges will happen! Don't live here.

Revela is located in a quiet and private neighborhood, perfect for working professionals and families with children/pets. It is easy to achieve routine flow but elevated with their thoughtful services and amenities. Staff are friendly and responsive, and the property is well-maintained.

I’ve lived here for 1-1/2 years and love it. I feel like I’m living in a upscale resort. It is quiet and I love the easy access to public transportation.

My car was stolen from the parking lot and the Leasing office didn't provide any feedback nor did they send a notification so that the tenants could be informed and take their own precautions. False fire alarms are a continuous issue that has not been resolved. I do Not recommend. Can't wait for my Lease to expire so I can move!
Revela community has great facilities like heated pool and jacuzzi, barbecue and cool formal and informal areas to gather with friends with outdoor fireplace and sofas to enjoy the nights out looking at the stars all year around. Leasing office open 7 days a week means that you can get all the support you need, when you need it. It also comprises several party/office rooms with big screen TVs so that you can either entertain with movies or do a business presentation to an audience of about 12 people. The community also has a well equipped gym and a great shared office space with several tables for group work or individual booths for additional privacy during focused work or phone meetings. This area has free Wifi from WaveG with decent speeds so that you can seamlessly move around between the shared office space and the pool when the meetings get boring. Secured underground parking is available and comes included in most apartments but any extra parking space is going to cost you a premium $200/month (the same as a lease for a small car). Locationwise it's very nice with quick access to main roads, VTA and many companies at a 5-10 min walk. The apartments themselves have great areas, heating/cooling, very silent washer/dryer/dishwasher.
