This place is crazy!! What a TOUR, pricing is definitely in the upper region but your paying for location and luxury, makes sense! Honestly review cons don’t compare to the pros

The Maintenance Crew are great and are all super helpful, and informative about the issues that occur such as why it occurred and how they are going to fix the issue.

I recently had the chance to tour Rev Northgate, and it was an amazing experience! The amenities were impressive—modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The units themselves looked beautiful and well-maintained. What stood out the most, though, was the hospitality. Every team member we interacted with was incredibly friendly and attentive. A special shoutout to Valentina for giving us such a great tour—she was knowledgeable, welcoming, and made the whole visit even better!

The Rev is a beautiful apartment with so many amenities. One of the best features is there welcoming staff, who have done everything to answer my questions and provide support during the leasing process. They are so welcoming and will always fit you in for a tour too!

Rev is well-maintained all the time. They always have the common places cleaned up and never dirty. Their maintenance is rapid and works well for quick issues. If there a problem at 11 at night their 24-hour maintenance is good too.

I love the REV, I’ve lived here for almost 2 years, and the maintenance is great. The amenities are great. Their staff is also friendly!

This is my second year living at the Rev, and I do not regret it! My first year I was at Blinn, and this location made my drive very easy and I could miss all the welborn traffic. Now that I am at A&M, being able to walk or bike is really nice. I am barely using my car and when I do it’s past traffic hours. This place makes it easy to host things, especially before football games. Being able to walk to Kyle field was the biggest highlight of living here! It made my games days less stressful. I hope anyone who looks into this apartment complex makes sure to realize, not only is it a nice building, but also has so much convenience.

I am currently living at The Rev and absolutely love all the amenities it offers, from the fitness center to the communal spaces. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to places to eat and public transportation. The staff here is incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure residents feel at home. Whether you’re looking for a comfortable living space or a vibrant community, I highly recommend The Rev!

I love living at the rev! The amenities and the rooms are amazing. I have lived in a 2x2 for 2 years now, and love it. It’s super close to campus so I never have to drive! Best decision ever!!!!!

Valentina not only showcased the beauty and uniqueness of the area but also highlighted all the reasons why it’s such a fantastic place to live. If you’re considering exploring the REV, I can’t recommend Valentina enough, she’ll make you fall in love with it just like I did!

I have been lived at The Rev for a year now, and while the amenities are initially impressive, the reality of living here has been deeply disappointing. Here are the main issues I've encountered: 1. **Limited Access to Amenities**: Despite having nice amenities, the pool and sky deck close at 11 PM, even on weekends. Additionally, the pool has been intermittently closed for weeks, including one instance where it was closed for an entire month. 2. **Maintenance and Construction Issues**: There have been numerous maintenance problems due to poor construction. These include: - Miswired outlets and loose breakers that frequently trip. - A leaking exhaust duct. - Multiple improperly installed shelves, including a closet shelf that fell on me and took nearly two weeks to be repaired. - A tight garage that caused damage to my car. 3. **Package Handling**: The package locker charges a daily fee if your package sits for more than two days. Staff often leave packages unattended in the public lobby for hours, which is both unsafe and inconvenient. 4. **Common Area Cleanliness**: The coffee and cold brew area is consistently dirty and often lacks basic ingredients. 5. **Staff Issues**: The staff are frequently rude and incompetent. There have been multiple invasions of privacy, with staff entering my unit without any prior warning. They’ve even written "last name" on my packages because the shipper didn’t include it. 6. **Elevator Problems**: The elevators are constantly broken, leaving only two operational elevators for a building with over 800 residents, resulting in wait times of over 5 minutes. 7.** Hidden Move-Out Charged**: First thing first I and may others accidentally took a usb cable that came with the shower speaker with me if I had not been able to return it with in a week they would have charged me $200 for an entire new shower head not just a cable. Not to mention they attempted to charge me for cleaning in a room that was not even mine even after proving the room was not mine they refused to reinspect of remove the other charge. Overall, while The Rev may seem appealing at first glance, the numerous issues make it a highly frustrating and disappointing place to live. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed living environment. Additionally many of the reviews on here were written with the hope of winning gift cards of other compensation.

Amazing team of students who have answered any and all questions. All areas are kept nice and clean. So many amenities that make it an awesome experience.

So far my experience with the rev has been amazing, everytime i call or text them they are super kind and understanding. I love that they have someone for each individual to help with getting things figured out. I would Highly recommend the rev for any college student living in college station!

Super close to campus. Has a bus stop (15) right outside. Great gym, clean pool, 4 study rooms WITH MARKERS!!, free printing and overall cute place. The only downside is that there is no guest parking even though you pay 80 per month for parking :/

Rev is the best option when it comes to off campus apartments. It is close to school and northgate. The bus route is very close to rev which is another advantage. Overall, the amenities, pool deck, gym, and staff is great!

The location is so close to campus and makes my commutes so much easier since I don't have a car. The apartments itself is so nice, with all the amenities I could ever need!

Living at Rev Apartments at Northgate has been a highlight of my freshman year at Texas A&M University. The community events have been a great way to meet other students, and the staff here are always helpful and welcoming, ensuring a great living experience. Choosing to live here was definitely one of the best decisions I've made this year, and I'm looking forward to making more memories at Rev. I have been living here for several months now and I love it! They communicate really well with residents and put on lots of fun events! There is always parking spots available and it has a great view of campus!

The Rev is an amazing place to stay. My first year at TAMU has been enhanced by living at the Rev. The amenities are well maintained and cleaned.

The facilities are new and look great but sometimes the elevators are not all in service. I’ve had a couple maintenance issues with my sink and fridge but those got fixed within the week. Staff is helpful and it is overall pretty clean.

our son was very excited to move in to a brand-new apartment last fall. All the pictures looked great and although it was a bit more than budgeted for, we agreed. We were a bit worried that they seemed to really rush the final stages of construction to be ready for move in. Overall, maybe a 3.5 out of 5 stars due to "new stuff" not working or breaking. Pool out of service, pipes freezing (spend a little bit more for insulation maybe?), coffee machine not working, only 1 / 3 elevators working. They have been good to communicate with and it does seem like they are trying. Maybe year 2 will be better.

I have been looking for a new place to live for the upcoming year and I heard that the Rev is a good location. I randomly walked in last week and was immediately given a tour. I was shown a ton of different fantastic options, and the staff there were extremely nice and respectful. My tour guide, Reed, sat me down after the tour and we went over costs and different types of rooms I would enjoy. It was extremely streamlined and concise, and I am very appreciative of Mr. Reed for being such an amazing tour guide!

This new building is in a perfect location and in such a convenient area to have a great nightlife here at College Station! It is close to Century Square and, of course, the famous Northgate. I was given a tour by Reed, which led me to the opinion that this building is awesome.

Very pleased when I toured it a couple months ago. The building is very clean and modern. The rooms are spacious and there are some cool amenities. The staff was engaged during the tour and was willing to help. Everything about the space is convenient and easy to access. The parking garage attached is also a nice touch. I was skeptical about the place due to how new the building is and typically there are a number of problems with new places. But overall I think the price is fair for what you get, although the the price does rise quickly.

The rooms are well furnished and comes fully stocked with appliances, furniture and more. There are various facilities such as a skylounge, pool, gym, as well as bike parking. In addition, the staff are very friendly and outgoing and the experience overall is nice.

ive had a great time living here so far; however, some of the residents don't respect the property, which makes me sad. overall though, the staff is very helpful and responds to emails/texts really fast, the amenities are great, and the other residents are very kind and friendly to me when i see them around.

The amenities in these apts are great! And the units themselves have everything you need to live comfortably!
