Property Ratings at Retreat at Towne Crossing
Teresa is incredible, but the rest of the staff are not enjoyable or prompt with anything they do. My apartment has had black mold and they refuse to do anything but paint over it. My furniture and clothing are ruined with the smell of cigarettes. The fitness center hasn't been opened since I've moved here. My mailbox wasn't available for the first two months of me living here. I don't think I could ever sign a lease here again. Find elsewhere. This is not worth the money or even close.
Thank you so much for everything you have done for me in 24 hours! Ms. T was amazing soon as we met, we had great conversation, she was wonderful during the tour, I loved her energy and she made me feel welcome without judgement. If you stop by the property please ask for Ms.Teresa to help you because she is funny, cool, understanding, has a great personality and do not judge your situation! This property has rated a 100 in my book just by having her !!! Thank you so much for all you have done in a matter of a few hours,You have been a Blessing
As a 20 year resident I highly recommend this property. Ebony is the best property manager we have ever had and does her best to instill a sense of community in the residents. Terry is extremely timely and efficient in keeping everything up and running.
It's quite nice place to live. The apartments are located in a very nice and fairly safe city
I have been living here two years. Nice community. It's quite and I have always felt safe. This complex sits back off the main highway with a lot of trees surrounding the buildings. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If anything needs to be fixed they are there very quickly. I give this complex 5 stars.
I was hesitant to move into an apartment because I've always lived in houses. But I have been pleasantly surprised with our experience here. I live with my husband and 2 kids and our dog, yes they allow pets. There is plenty of room for all of us. It's recently renovated with brand new appliance, and big pool and fitness center and the neighbors are all polite. I'm glad we moved here
Brandywine is a great place to live. I've lived here for 2 years, however, I am moving because my family is expanding :) They have great amenities and the people that work here basically become family. There are currently 3 courtesy officers so you know that you will be safe.
