Cortland at Raven is an amazing community to be apart of.
At Cortland at Raven, with almost 2 months of living, my experience is good. I like the privacy where I have everything I was looking for: a pool, jacuzzi, pet area, gym, grills, clubhouse, etc.
Cortland at Raven is a nice community for a family. Pet friendly and clean.
Cortland at Raven is a smaller Community not a huge complex and it’s an amazing place to call home! We have been here since Sept 2016 and just love it! Super close to South Mountain and Arizona Mill Mall - Harkins, LEGO, other shopping, and Restaurants. The grounds of the complex are beautifully kept by the local landscaping crew that come 2 or sometimes more times a week. Always beautiful flowers in the entry and around the front fountain. The pool/jacuzzi area is also beautiful! It has comfy furniture and plenty of tables and 2 BBQ’s! Renovations were finished in late 2022 or early 2023 and included beautiful upgrades…brand new appliances, granite countertops, tiled showers and laminated wood floors. Management is great and always has an open door for all residents. If any issues arise they are super quick, easy to contact, and super friendly! Glad to have our Manager Sara back but was sad to see Mike and Briseida leave. There are fun community get together’s and it’s easy to get to know you neighbors. If you are thinking about Cortland at Raven come take a look - as a long time resident I really think you’ll love what you find here!!

The maintenance team is professional and is more of a face of this community than anyone else at the complex as he is out and about and sticks up conversations. I don’t ever see the management team. I have no issues that warrant a trip to the office
Cortland at Raven is a wonderful Community and the office manager Mike is awesome. He is one of a kind. He will make sure that you have a great experience here. I couldn't ask for anything better.
The apartments are all renovated with new everything. The front office staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and nice. The service staff, Luis and Andres are really proficient and professional and resolve issues quickly. The poil and fitness center are very nice too. Highly recommend.

The staff here at Courtland is the most amazing, customer service oriented staff i have ever encountered an any place i have rented. In the RARE events that assistance is needed, they are very prompt with completing the needed service and do it with customer service as the main focus.
I love my new community! The office staff and their crew are amazing. They handle any request in a timely manner and are so easy to work with. Happy I chose this location!

Cortland at Raven is an amazing small community by South Mountain in Phoenix. The staff is friendly and know residents by name. Value for location and amenities and newly upgraded units is great. Maintenance is great and gets to emergencies really fast and regular work order’s usually within 1 day.

The apartment is modern on the inside and mostly well-maintained. The community is quiet and this is a nice place to live overall. My major complaint is the sound deadening for those on the first floor. Sure you get a garage, but this comes at the expense of having to hear your neighbor's footsteps. God forbid you have noisy neighbors or individuals who like to pace around in the middle of the night. If management could make sure everything works and is clean upon move in I would give 5 stars. For the price, this is a good apartment, though beware of the additional fees that you will need to pay. Rent, valet trash, electricity, water, and internet (non-negotiable). With all that said I'd still recommend and this is probably one of the better complexes in South Phoenix.

My internet is ALWAYS going down, requiring me to go to work on campus those days instead of working from home. and Utilites cost me the same for my tiny 1 bedroom apt as my BIG 3 BR condo!

Apartments are spacious, quiet and updated. For the price paid the landscape could be better, Wi-Fi could be enhanced, and the leasing office could give residents privacy instead of micromanaging homes.

I recently signed my lease and will be moving in the week. From the moment I entered the property, it was like walking into a different world. Everything was so clean, well maintained and looked amazing. The staff is very outgoing and is completely focused on YOU and not distracted. The apartment is spacious, the appliances and floor new. The management team is friendly, but often needs reminders before maintenance/repairs are completed. The property struggles to be clean; dog owners not picking up after their pets, trash from the dumpsters in the roads, etc. The office, weight room, and pool are all excellent.

I love living at Cortland at Raven - we have been here since Sept 2016. We have a 2br unit with attached garage and I love it. The remodeled units are amazing and I love all the upgrades. This is a smaller quiet community located by South Mountain- the area is beautiful. Located not too far from shopping and dining. The office staff and management is very friendly and always quick to resolve any issues or answer any questions. Maintenance is on top of things and quick to get things fixed. He always comes back when he says and doesn’t need reminded. If you’re looking for a new home in the South Mountain area come look at Cortland at Raven, you won’t be disappointed!

Cortland at Raven is a nice quiet smaller community by South Mountain and the Office Staff as well as Maintenance Staff is great! We have lived here for 6 years and just renewed our lease :) we really do love it here.

Lovely apartment. Quiet setting. Pool and exercise room haven’t been open yet to try out. Staff very nice!
Cortland Overall is an amazing place to live solely for the design and spacious apartment units. As well as the amazing staff. Definitely worth living here compared to some of the other more expensive complexs nearby.
It is close to stores and just easy to get around
Cortland at Raven is a beautiful community with a very helpful and friendly staff. Customer Service is at it's best. The community is full of greenery and gray amenities. Even during hot Phoenix summer months, there is shade all over the place. Live living at this apartment.

Mail man for this neighborhood is awesome, the cleaning lady is fantastic and the young maintenance guy is consistent. The gym is well kept by staff. Downfalls are no parcels, one leasing agent always has an attitude, gates never work, no parking, and nobody told me that there would be air b n b in the apartment above me!!! The office shouldve disclosed this to me before moving in....
Amazing complex. Hits every single mark of being perfect except one. NO parking. Hard to find parking. Come home after 9pm you will not get a parking spot and have to park at a business down there street.
Great, safe place to live. With great amenities. Management cares about residents they listen to understand to make things work in favor of all parties involved.
