Property Ratings at Retreat at Southpointe
Moved in this summer. No hot water. Then the bugs came. The apartment door leaks causing flooding twice before someone could fix, including waiting several days for someone to come and even look at it. Had water 6 feet into my apartment. The AC went out and was down for almost a week during August. They enter my unit without notifying me and I cannot open service requests online. I call, no one calls back. They closed the office at this location. I decided to move out. They are hard to meet with, and now want an early term fee from me. Complete disaster. Do not move here.
I could not ask for a better place to live. Jennifer is on her game. Not only is she professional but she is very personable and listens and cares. The property is clean and very quiet. Could not ask for a better place to live and raise your family.
Quiet and clean! No people or cars hanging out in parking lot. Jennifer in the office is a gem! Best management since I have been here! Great place to call home.
I have lived hear about a year and to say I have enjoyed it is a understatement. First of all Jennifer the manager is top notch. Aside from being professional she is caring and hands on. Always available to help no matter the time of day. The complex is clean, well kept, quiet and the other residences along with Jennifer have made me feel at home!
I have lived here for over six years. It's super quiet and clean. You don't see abundant vehicles or trash all over like in some apartment complexes. I find it safe as well. Neighbors are friendly and Ms Jennifer in the office is very professional. From T. Stephens
I was looking for an apartment I called first, I spoke with Jennifer who was very professional and cheerful you could hear the smile on her face. When I arrived the property was clean and quiet, the office was clean too. Jennifer knew her product, I was sold!!
