The current staff at Retreat at Patriot Patriot Park is the best crew I have seen at an apartment complex. The Team is friendly and gets to work on any maintenance orders as soon as they are submitted. I often find myself chatting with them at the front office over the free coffee they offer there. Sage at the front desk is always positive and eager to help. 10/10 .

It's a great place to live!! I have been here almost 4 years and never had problems with anyone. The staff are very friendly and help with any questions regarding your contract. I would recommend living in the Retreat community. I feel like they are doing their best to ensure the safety of all residents and do their very best to make you feel at home.

Very average apartment complex, nothing special or unique about it. Parking is atrocious and it looks like a junk yard with all the cars that sit there and never move.

Retreat is a very homey place has great amenities. Their gym is great I am able to workout in peace and I like hanging with the staff

Great community and even better management. Moving in and signing the lease was as easy as could be. We moved in on a Sunday (when the office was closed), but Justin was helpful by sending a picture & map of where we could locate our keys and how to get to our unit. No complaints so far.

Retreat at Patriot Park’s staff was super friendly and super helpful. They got us in within the week to do a tour of each floor plan and helped us find the right layout for our needs. The apartments are super nice and well kept.

I have always loved the Retreat at Patriot Park apartments and staff! They are awesome and always super helpful. Very quick and timely too. We have a great view from our apartment. A little pricey but overall worth what we pay!

- Fairly kind and somewhat responsive staff, save for some front office employees giving me a disingenuous overly-enthusiastic salesperson vibe. - Dutiful maintenance crew which seems understaffed. - Newly constructed complex so no worries about aging infrastructure. - Awesome pet-based amenities like the dog park and pet wash. - Theft - Your packages will get stolen. There is no parcel locker. Anyone can walk freely into the complex during daylight hours. - Sludge Pits - The pet population appears to be too high which, coupled with irresponsible pet owners, creates stinking sludge pits of waste in the "grass." This is then tracked all over the sidewalks to ensure it makes its way onto your shoes and into the buildings. - Disappointing Community - Violence, trash, and noise. Unfortunately, domestic violence, shootouts, and hostage situations have occurred just outside my window. The apartment complex is not at fault but it substantially sours one's living experience, nonetheless. - Nickle and Diming - You will see extra community water, utility, trash, sewer, electricity, gas, pest, and storm water charges in addition to your own utility bills. * 17 Months update - maintenance staff have changed several times. Rent has increased substantially and the lease period has nearly doubled. Since moving here, The Retreat at Patriot Park has embarked on a downward trajectory in terms of aesthetics, smell, cost, and overall living experience.

The indoor halls and stairs are never cleaned. Mail and packages get stolen constantly. And they will charge you twice the lease break fee outlined in the lease and claim they can’t do anything to fix the error. That’s about $6000 to break their lease when it was only about $3000 legally.

This place is wonderful. Great location in the Powers corridor, the apartments are well designed and include higher end finishes. Friendly staff and great amenities, checks all the boxes!
