We moved in in March and we absolutely love the location and neighborhood! Our home is very spacious and we have a beautiful backyard. The kitchen is nice and large with just enough room to enjoy.

Thought it was good, but have quickly found out it’s awful. There are bugs everywhere. I’ve found roaches, flies, spiders all over. The neighbors are so ignorant and party until well after midnight blasting music and then up at 6:00am shouting in the front yard on a weekend. Im so disappointed in this move.

This community is perfect! The amenities are truly 10/10, and our new home is absolutely lovely. We've already made so many wonderful friends in such a short time. It's heartwarming to see our children riding their bikes safely and freely — it really feels like home. Great neighborhood but there is a on of bugs around the houses. Wish we had pest control around our yards and grass areas. The pool is a great place to hangout and relax.

Wonderful concept as alternative to home ownership and layout of property is great but rent is extremely too high for amenities offered. Outside of property (including watering of grass) should be paid for through the extremely high rent.

It was ok! I think the leasing company could have done more to help with our move. They didn’t really help with information and the rental home was not very clean.
