Restore is a great place for mature adults to relax and enjoy life through activities and fellowships. All apartment complexes have their set of issues and yhe Restore has their share. However, the issues are easier to handle when you have great neighbors to hang with.

We are elderly and restore provide a resident that is quiet and peaceful but also safe and secure. We love it here.
I enjoy living at Restore at Carolina Park. My beautiful apartment is so comfortable and well designed with lots of storage space. Many activities and events are offered weekly.

Very friendly dog oriented community. Love the people I have met. We all seem to have something in common. However, very disappointed this year in the landscaping. Dead plants, too much time went by before new mulch was laid.. The doors are very heavy and should be electric for those who have difficulty in opening the doors due to being handicap.

We enjoy living here and enjoying the amenities and meeting the other residents. The grounds are kept neat and clean and we enjoy walking around the ponds. The clubhouse and gym are always very clean and neat.

My 5 star review is still available for readers, but a foot note had to be added. Atmosphere is resort style, I love the inside entry to the apartments within a building and the whole "Embassy Suites" feel. The ameneties are great, the resident events daily are awesome as well. Walkng our dog at 2 am, the whole parking lot and yard gaming / garden area is so well lighted it makes you feel SAFE. The buildings are secure and that adds to the safe feeling in the middle of the night when you have to go outside. Little things add up to an overall great experience. Access to the club house at all hours is wonderful, who doesn't need a single cup of coffe at 3 am sometimes, WOW. Little things.

I love living here. It's a quiet, relaxing, fun, and friendly community. The grounds, buildings, and common areas are well maintained and the staff is friendly and responsive. The location is great; it's close to the beaches, shopping areas, parks, and restaurants and Charleston is a less than 30-minute drive away.

The area is lovely. The managers are very helpful. The maintenance people are very attentive. There are many things to do at the Resort from. Pickleball to Dominoes Corn Hole. Beautiful swimming pool.

Restore at Carolina Park has resort-style amenities, tons of activities, beautiful views and walking paths, super friendly neighbors and wonderful staff. We have lived at Restore -Carolina Park, for 11 wonderful months. We are on the water side, and we really enjoy the water view. Every morning and throughout the day we keep a look-out for alligators. Of course it’s always a safe distance away (our balcony). We feel like we are on vacation! For a retired couple, this is where we belong.

Great facility. Enjoy walking trails and pool. Very convenient to have packages delivered. As well as ship out UPS and Fed Ex packages. Convenient parking near the front door.

We feel welcomed here not only by Restore staff but the community at large. It’s quite unique that the many different people from various locations come together and mix well. I find it unusual given the population at large as it’s a mix of full and part-time residents. Although our plan is to rent for a limited time after we build a home in Restore we will most definitely continue to participate in all the benefits of the Restore community.

I love my apartment and the Restore 55 active community. It is a safe and quiet environment. The pool is beautiful and refreshing. The apartments are spacious with everything I need at hand. The grounds are well maintained and the staff is helpful and kind. I really like the classes that are offered and the people are very friendly.

This place is amazing. And so is the staff. Genuine people who concern themselves with running the facilities well. They obviously place a high priority on building relationships and doing everything they can to keep this place great. Everything from landscaping, a fantastic community coffee machine, the pool and gym facilities and more. It makes living here pleasant and I think the staff sets a friendly personal tone that residents love.

The perfect home. Beautiful landscaping and well appointed apartments. Management are top of the line, helpful and courteous. Maintenance requests are completed quickly. And trash valet is daily. It is a completely smoke-free environment inside and outside the apartments and the activities are numerous if you want to join. I highly recommend Restore Carolina Park.
