The entire application & move in process was smooth. Marquita & other staff members made sure to be very informative and communicative during the entire experience. They were very knowledgeable about any questions that I had prior to moving in. The office staff as a whole are very professional and friendly. This is my first apartment and Residences at West Mint is making this a great first milestone!!

We have a wonderful local manager June who listens to the concerns of the people living there and has been instrumental in improving the trash issue. The actual apartments are spacious, neighbors are friendly, low crime and local to many areas and the grounds are well-kept.

This was the worse complex I ever lived in. Management is very RUDE and unorganized. Loud neighbors, surprise fees and dirty parking lot. Maintenance is very slow and/or will forget your request until you call to remind them. Pool was barely open all summer as well as the gym(still not open) There is nothing outstanding about this apartment complex, no special amenities. You basically pay for the Mint Hill area. PLEASE reconsider.
FINALLY.....I am happy! I lived elsewhere for over 5 years with minor hiccups, only to move a another community. Well after 3 months, I could not take the issues at that place. Now I finally found happiness again! I have been on the community for several months now, I love my over sized apartment home. I moved in to a small issue that the office actually made me aware of in advance. It was corrected within 24 hours. I have not had any other maintenance issues since. I reported a separate issue to the office and it was addressed to our satisfaction and most importantly IMMEDIATELY! This office staff has it together! Again, finally I am home!

Apartment was very outdated, dirty and in disrepair upon move in. The walkways are dirty. The compactor is always overflowing. It took a lot of calls and nearly a week to get the mandatory cable hooked up. Not one email sent through the account website was ever answered. Pool was repeatedly not unlocked at the time it was to open. Expect to pay $100 more a month for rent than what is quoted after mandatory cable, water and incidentals. Also be aware that not all apartments have a coat closet and linen closet. Ours had neither. I wouldn't do it again.

I'm a college student wit an apartment. It's not enough space. I would love to have free rent for life. It also needs remodeling badly. So free rent for me means I can live n a better Apartment.

this is a really nice quite community.. Very Pet Friendly. I walk each morning around the community the sidewalks are always clean and clear.

As far as the apartment goes, very nice. Spacious and clean. But the company is pure evil. The cheated me out of money left and right. Every time I resigned my lease, my rent went up with no benefits to me! And this property has serious theft issues. My vehicle was stolen. They had 0 sympathy! Will never sign with this company again! They are thefts themselves.

I have loved my apartment ever since I stepped through the door a year ago. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to your needs. The apartment manager and her staff members are excellent at helping you with the application process. I feel safe in the community. It has great amenities, as well as shops nearby. I can't imagine living anywhere else at this point.

this is a nice quiet community, pet friendly and for the most part well maintained. We have two pools although they are hardly ever open for some maintenance reason or another, a weight room and a nice clubhouse (which is only available during office hours) and a small playground. I would suggest that new tenants chose the newer side of the complex be- cause the older apts. don't have coat or linen closets.
