Property Ratings at Residences on Lake
Roaches came in from one of the holes in the bathroom wall, cleaned before we left and they tried to charge a $400 cleaning fee, but the place was disgusting when we had to move in!
They don't clean before you move in. I have picture proof. When you request something to be fixed, your rent just so happens to be late. They will make things up when you move out and keep your deposit. Please don't live here. The parking lot will swallow your car with the size of the holes. There is no up keep on the property. The parking lot is basically a giant garbage can. The laundry room is disgusting. Cops sit across the street and regularly follow and pull over cars that leave from there. There are so many more reasons, but these were the biggest i felt i should share.
The apartment i had been in was better than expected, the closet space is very nice, the layout of the place was perfect for the space, and the kitchen isnt bad like in most low priced apartments, this is a nice place.
