It's good overall, only wish that management were a bit responsive on phone. The apartment comes well in the budget, however there are certain differences in the apartments of the same price.
Quiet complex. Good laundry facility. Good prompt maintenance. Only thing missing is a dishwasher. Have enjoyed my time here since moving in.

Great location but always has a problem with A/C. Building SOUTH, other buildings might be different. Other than that, good management and no special amenities.

Apartment staff are amazing and super nice. Whenever there is a maintenance problem, they are quick to fix. The community is nice too, generally quiet. Beware of the roach problem however, as we pay for pest control every month but they only come out once every few months unless individually requested. Additionally, someone with a large dog is not cleaning up after it in the backyards. I counted eight large piles in the past three days while taking my dog out and there are two waste stations in the back. It would be nice if other members respected the community grounds.

Super annoyed by how complicated the renewal process was. I agree to keep paying you even more money, and you rewarded me by making me spend literally 15 minutes clicking through agreeing to so many things - including that I would ASK FOR PERMISSION to put up Christmas decorations. And now I have to again prove I have renter’s insurance and the process is grueling. I did the process, and now it wants another document uploaded - but the link goes to a page that WON’T LOAD!! I literally can’t comply … will have to call the random 3rd party company and hope they fix it. You making staying very very painful - unnecessarily..

I enjoy the peace and quiet and how fast maintenance responds to requests being put in. I just don’t like the pest control problem. I put in a few work orders for roach problems and although they come out the issue is still there. Otherwise everything else is great and I do think washer and dryer connections should be added

The other tenants are great! They are not loud, there is no smoking, and they are very kind when i see them. The neighborhood is perfect too. It’s right next to UNT, fry street, and IH 35.

Overall the apartment is good. Happy that recently the washer and drier got upgraded. Ample space for car parking as well. Plz upgrade the HVAC to individual apartment controlled system.

The fact of the matter is that this apartment complex is not a great place to live. My husband and I lived here for 5 months of what was supposed to be a ten month lease. We experienced a unit that flooded anytime it rained, we then moved to anther unit, just for it to need major plumbing work. Both units we lived in needed major work and it was massively inconvenient to move between apartments with no help or pay. We were let out of our lease eventually. During the plumbing issue where they drilled a 2 foot hole in our kitchen, we were refused a hotel stay because repairs "may take a few days or they can take months to complete". This came as a shock to us because plumbing work smells putrid. Maintenance was very kind, and did what they could, but the management staff were very un-communicative during all of these processes. we had to reach out to get updates, were not kept in the loop, and if we had not advocated for ourselves, our inconveniences would have been ignored. We moved out two months ago and have still not received our deposit back nor our commission for all of the inconveniences. Reviews on apartments almost never look good but, trust me when I say this apartment is not worth it.

Fast and easy to take care of business. Paid rent due and was walked to the apartment to see for the first time. Got my keys and now I have my place. Have enjoyed my first night. It’s very quiet here and I feel safe.

Everything looks good and works fine. But the temperature has been very hot to the point that the AC struggles to keep it cool during days. It might be because I moved in August. The cold water faucet also gives lukewarm water.

The apartments are a nice size and very affordable. Repair are done quickly. The staff are very helpful. There are really no amenities and few of the dryers and washing machines work.

RTU seems like an excellent place to live. The north block, where I reside, feels a lot less crowded and more connected to nature since greenery is abundant here.

Have some issues after taking the lease. Like it's not that cool in master bedroom. Issue with faucet, broken door, only 2 racks in refrigerator, the AC looks dusty.
Apartment are full of pest which makes your health risk. AC is not work
The apartment is good. Ot is exactly same as I expected. The Staff at leasing office are friendly and answered all our doubts. The apartment is also very near to UNT Campus.
My puppy, Hannah, and I just moved in this week. And every neighbor I ran across were very friendly and had nothing but nice things to say, about property, and management.
We really enjoy living at The Residences at the Union. It’s so nice to be able to walk to McKenna Park! The office staff were very helpful with our recent move in!:)
I am so excited we were able to find these apartments. This is a new beginning for me and my kids. I have only been here a week but I am so happy to have our own place!
I absolutely love our new home it’s safe and comfortable. When something needs to be fixed they are right here to fix it. I absolutely love the people in the office they are all so kind

A good apartment complex. Well kept and good management. Their only flaw is that their AC is constant problem. Every summer, the AC goes down.
Residence at The Union is very comfortable and spacious for family to stay. It is located from where every daily needs are accessible so no need to worry for food and groceries.
Overall it is a good place there are some concerns I have. It can be hard to reach and communicate with the staff about apartment information or maintenance.
This is our first place in denton. We are happy with the amenities .There was an issue with the electric stove but it was resolved quickly. It is a peaceful environment .The staff are friendly and pays attention to the requirements.It has been a great experience.
Comfortable living in Union Apartment: serene ambiance, modern amenities, vibrant community—my resident haven! It was very good to be in these apartments.
It’s pretty good , however we don’t have other amenities like pool or any place to sit. Keeping on best part, I like the greenery around makes me feel good. Apart from the surroundings we have a great room.
Our two-year stay at Residences at The Union Apartments has been simply wonderful! It has become our cherished home. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to all our favorite spots. What truly makes this place special, though, is the fantastic staff. They have made us feel like family since day one. Always responsive, accommodating, and friendly, they've turned this place into a true haven. Here's to many more years of comfort and contentment!
Overall I enjoy the area it’s very peaceful and quiet. Prices are reasonable and very spacious. Office staff are great as well. My only complaint is I wish there was visitor parking passes that allowed visitors in the parking lot. Often my kid’s visit and I have to pick them up from across the street
You pay what you get for, I wish maintenance was a little better. I have a work order opened for over a 2 months. Other than that, I can tell management tries to be organized. Probably has a worker shortage.

We've been jumping from apartment to apartment for some years and finally found peace here at R.A.T.U. where my wife and I can really focus in life. We don't call our unit an apartment anymore, we call it home. Where we can really rest and be all what we can be tomorrow. Best Management in Denton, Tx.
Haven't been here long, but so far the staff are wonderful and always have great attitudes and answer all questions! Upon move in we found very minor things that needed to be fixed and they got it set up right away! So far so good! :)
The office staff does their job well and makes getting into an apartment smooth and is very responsive via the ResidentPortal with questions/concerns. The the single bedroom apartment is surprisingly well laid out.
The new management listens to its tenants and Katie gives a quick service and maintenance to the vicinity.
I like this area I think the management, and staff try hard to meet our needs.
One of the biggest issues I have is people staying here, that don't live here. Taking up parking spaces for the residence. I know this is not an easy thing to control, but maybe the new parking stickers will help.
